I doubt this company exists. I requested a refund multiple times after ordering this "gun" on Nov. 6, 2019. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. FRAUD..... They will not respond to emails and provide no landline to call.
Immedately after purchasing a Kraft massage gun for $249.00 I was told the 2-3 weeks delivery time stated on the web was incorrect due to high demand- it is shipping from China and they will let me know when it ships, this is from a real person , not automated...... No one has returned my emails as this item was purchased for a gift to be delived 24 days after order.
I have sent several emails, all recieve an automatic response - but no one has reached back to me. I have requested 5 times to refund my order and email me the refund/return information.
On May 6, 2020 I ordered a KRAFTGUN via the internet with the extended warranty for $268.00 dealing with a rep one on one; due to a medical necessity (blood clots) in the legs the purchase would be helpful if received quickly. The sales rep stated I would receive my tracking numbers within 2 days so I went forward and made the purchase utilizing PayPal. I received my confirmation from both KRAFTGUN / Golovan and PayPal then 13 minutes later I received an Email from Kraftgun informing me the deivery of my KRAFTGUN would be delayed by an additional 70 days.
Now, I needed this for a medical condition 70 plus days renders this piece of equipment useless to me. Therefore, I attempted to cancel the order with both KRAFTGUN / Golovan and PayPal however due to the Pandemic their Customer Service lines were and continue to be closed. I filed a Dispute with PayPal and they Denied my claim with my submitting detailed documentation verifying the scam. KRAFTGUN claims they have refunded me the money via PayPal yet I have yet to see any money from PayPal.

I bought the kraftgun a month ago so i decided to send an email to know the status of my shippment but No one has returned my emails.

Deceptive replies, and robot like responses when you ask for a refund. Worst customer service ever and i mean ever!!!
