I looked up Card Co, .using my cell phone, being much less than expected. While Asleep Transaction of $39.99 was made on July 03, 2016 at 6:10:25 (pending), to ., GetFitBody Formula.,Info. So again I called my card company, asking them to stop payment since it was pending, I was told that they couldn't and will have to wait at least 5. days, then send me papers to dispute transaction. I was given a phone number, I called waiting for someone to answer then recording says Closed 10:25: am. I called again early am and Giro answers, I explained why I wanted to have them stop that transaction, also asking how was it possible that my card was used, if they have information as to who and where it is being shipped. Giro was not helpful, told me that email will be sent to me re: cancellation, I replied it's to be stopped, I was sleeping, and not to take any money from my account, Giro them States that he can't do anything but will relay information. When I looked at my statement on line,. that pending charge was now paid...So I called the GetBody co., again and Giro answers, I told him he needs to stop that transaction transfer my call to someone in charge , and names of the people that hired him. I was frustrated, Giro claims there are others working but no numbers to give, anyone that can help, are busy, can't give me a confirmation number for cancellation, that it would be emailed . After hanging up I looked on browsers @ history typed in Get body Co found nothing. I then Googled it , it took awhile to find the right place, but I did, I remember after seeing the page, that maybe while doing a survey for LG cell phones my personal info was compromised even after I exited out because questions were to personal and not about my experience at their website. The survey was not even done in July, . While at the GetFitBody site I clicked on the " Contact us" button it only gave Name that I have given you and NONE. I called again and asked to speak with some ,that I will report them, cause I won't wait But 1 day to return my money let alone 7 days, Before submitting this form I called my card company , and my money has been returned.
