I ordered a Kitchenaid attachment from this purported company on 11/25/2015 and tried to pay with my credit card and got an error message that said my credit card was not accepted (which should have tipped me off in hindsight) so I paid with PayPal. Minutes after placing the order ($60.99) I received a robo-all from PayPal to validate that it was me that made the transaction.
I validated and hung up. Only then did I start to wonder why PayPal called ME. I've been using PayPal for many years and have never had this happen. I decided to call the company and ask them. I got a message that said the phone number was no longer in service. I then sent an email to the company and got a delivery failure that said the email was undeliverable because the recipient was not found. I then called PayPal and explained the situation to a very nice lady and she sent me the information to file a complaint with them which I will do shortly. I then started "googling" and found that at least two others have had the same situation with the same "company" in the last two days. I truly believe it is total fraud.
I purchased Qty (2) Fitbit Flex from GetKitchen.net. Qty (1) was received, but never received the second one. I didn't like the first one so I sent it back and ask for a full refund from PayPal. PayPal reviewed and closed the case because the said the tracking information I gave them was inaccurate. The total amt of the purchase was paid to KHANH S PHAM $61.98.
I ordered a coffee maker from Get Kitchen and paid it through Paypal. I have not yet heard from them and there has been no information about shipping status. I called their company phone number and it is out of service. I saw that a prior customer went through the exact same thing as me so I am reporting this immediately. A company phone number that is out of service is a huge red flag for me.
Ordered a keurig type coffee maker at what I though was a great price from them. It's been 7 business days and no information sent and no product. Phone number for business is disconnected and emails are returned as undelivered. This is a fraud site and has been reported to paypal. Please do not give this company your credit card information.
I purchased a bottle of l'homme for 28.99 but never received an email. The money is out of my account. After a few days I tried emailing but no response. After that I opened a despite with PayPal that is currently open. I went back to the website and tried calling but noticed the phone was disconnected. I'm furious! Im purchasing a birthday gift and I'm running out of time!
