Company has reports all over REddit and other sites showing their scam and its recourse for buyers. I cannot believe that groupon even had them on their repertoir of good for over a month. I guess it takes a while for others to realize what is the scam and report it to Groupon, causigin their removal of the promotion.
They post ads on facebook and instagram saying that you will get a free pair of wood sunglasses. They sound cool and have an actual website and only have to pay shipping. This is awesome except I didnt ever recieve a shipping confirmation until 4 or 5 days after I placed the order I emailed to find out when they shipped and the next day I got the shipping confirmation and a day later they responded to me. It makes me feel they didn't ever really ship out the glasses.
I contacted them a month after shipping to say I never got them and no response. I contacted a week later and no response. I looked up how to live chat and thats open for all of 2 hours a day with weird hours. I finally found someone and they told me I had to wait 35 business days before they could help me with anything. On their FAQ page it says 25 days in one place and 35 in another. The rep told me that I had to wait and he couldnt do anything until then.
Business day 35 rolls around and I email, once again no response. I filed a claim with PayPal that they never got me my items and PayPal opened a claim. I tried two more times to get ahold of them and nothing. Finally on the 4th attempt I got ahold of them and they said they could send me a new pair if I would like but could be up to 35 more business days. PayPal refunded me in the end but I wouldnt do business with this company and give them my money.
Gentlemen's Jogger's has a Facebook page as well as a website link. They had a promotion for "free sunglasses, just pay shipping!" So we ordered them. After ordering and waiting for 3 months (still have not received them) we went back and saw the reviews and that other people were saying the exact same thing. No one has received anything from these people and no one has been able to get in contact with them. There are now thousands of people that are having this problem and who have now just found out that they have had their money stolen from them by these people. I can't tell if the actual website for "Gentlemen's Jogger's" is a real page or not, it looks more real than the Facebook page with the comments that people leave, and so the facebook page may be mimicking the real page and scamming people for their money, but it's hard to tell. I can't even get in contact with anyone from the website either. Please help us end these people! These scammers need to be stopped!
I saw an ad on facebook for a "free" pair of sunglasses. I clicked on the ad, got the "free" sunglasses and purchased a bag. When I went to check out I noticed that they put on an additional $10 for the sunglasses for shipping and handling. I decided to still go forward with the purchase. Fast forward to today, it's been 45 days now and I never received either of my products. I have reached out to them every day for a week via email and I have not received a response. They have no phone number or any way to contact the company. After doing some research, I relized this has happened to countless people.
Claimed 54.99 sunglasses for 9.99 and then did not send them to me. I have emailed, tried to call but no phone number. They will not return my emails. I have emailed 4 times now.

They informed me that the puchase would arrive within 7-45 days. It has been close to 60. At day 47 I sent an inquiring email, and didn't hear back. A few days later I sent ANOTHER email. Now, a full two weeks later I have sent a third email. I have not heard back, and I have not recieved the sunglasses.
They take your money and you never hear from them again. when your bank forces them to refund, they automatically try and charge you again for hundreds of dollars even if your order was only $9.95

They use a list price of $54.99 and tell you that you can get them FREE, and pay only for shipping, which is $9.97. It sounds like a great deal: you get some cool wooden sunnies for just under 10 dollars.
In reality, the sunglasses are made of cheap plastic (polyurethane), and you can purchase them from AliExpress for $2.99 (see picture).
Shortly after placing my order, I figured this all out, and requested a cancellation. Soon after, I received a "shipment confimation" (with no tracking, but sayin it would take 7-35 days), and later, another email saying that since the item was shipped, they could no longer cancel the order. It all sounds very unconvincing.
All in all, this is not a trustworthy company. It shouldn't be in business. Do not buy from them.
