I already returned their defective product for which they asked me to pay for return shipping and that they would just reimburse / refund me the return USPS shipping fee. They already got the item and they still wouldn't give me the 2 refund - one for the defective phone that I returned and one for the return shipping fee. I sent them emails but the response time is so slow and very delayed. I never got any response until I decided to do the useless live chat that does not cater to "aftersales" supposedly. They still refuse to send me a refund whereas the first time I sent them an email about the defect, they said they would issue a refund for the phone and then later for the return shipping fee. So, they already got the item and they are still delaying everything. This company is a sham and a scam.

Order No.: 4378080

USPS Tracking No.: UA102697848US

Amount I demand refunded: $144.99 (phone) and $23.50 (return shipping fee I paid for that they promised to refund to me)

I purchased Moto Z (Order Number: #4130967) on 09/02/2017 as their website promises 1-2 days handling for international shipments.

Today is 09/14/2017 and even though I contacted their support team already 4 times, my order is still in the initial "Processing" state.

I waited 3 weeks for my product to arrive only to find out they shipped it to another person IN CHINA. I then asked for a refund and they told me to wait until my product was back at their warehouse. And about a day later they tell me they reshipped my item WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Im now im the process of trying to get my money back from them becuase the item they supposedly reshipped (Which i disnt ask for) HAS NO TRACKING NUMBER. Buyer beware, please dont buy from this company. Geekbuying has a fast live chat support, but their business conduct is horrible, they are scammers and not worth your money, if you already made the mistake of ordering from them and are waiting for your product, god have mercy on your soul and money. If youre thinking of buying from them , dont bother.

How to make an easy 122 US$ !!!

Or how GeekBuying is cheating its dumb customers.

As a new year present to my grandson I ordered at December 3rd 2016 from GeekBuying a Smartphone (109.99US$) and a cover for that Smartphone(4.99US$).

I did pay an extra of 5.4 US$ for priority mail (7-10 days) and just in case of loss 1.99 US$ insurance.

All in all 122.37 US$.

on December 5th 2016 I got a confirmation that GeekBuying collected the money and the first item (the case) is on its way by ordinary registered mail (15-30 days) !!!

I protested by E mail several times that I paid for priority mail but got no response.

I am not going to bother the reader with the long correspondence I had with Geekbuying support about the Smartphone that included assurance, promises and a variety of excuses.

The punch line came on December 28th 2016 when the last E mail from GeekBuying support gave me the "good news" and I quote:

"your parcel is waiting for the Custom clearance……., I am afraid this will take weeks or so…….Have a good day."

At the same day I got the case that was sent by regular mail and succeeded to duck the custom's strict inspection.

I did contact customs – they do not know what I am talking about - they do not recognize the shipment Number!!

I must emphasize that I buy a lot on the net and never had any trouble. Only one time buying from AliExpress a shipment got lost and they immediately gave me my money back (without extra insurance payment)

I asked GeekBuying to give me back my money ……..Guess what?

I realize now that I am not going to see the Smartphone nor get my money back,

It is a 122 US$ lesson for me and a free of charge lesson to you my dear friends.

And to the very smart sellers of GeekBuying I would like to say:

My contract with your company was that upon my payment for the goods + for the delivery of the goods in 7-10 days + for insurance in case that the goods will not arrive You will deliver the goods in that time frame to my home address.

I was very patient and very polite – the package is now 31 days !!! in transit and according to you "no problem – just wait for some weeks……we do not know how many…….do not worry your money is safe with us" !!

GeekBuying is proud to advertise itself as a wholesale company it is good in keeping its promises when all is well.

But if they encounter a problem ……. They are Innocent !!!!

Failing to deliver Geekbuying starts now a war or attrition:

"So sorry we did not deliver on time – would you accept the delivering charge as compensation?"

Next will come: " So sorry we did not deliver – would you accept the insurance charge as compensation?"

GeekBuying is a shameless unreliable company, without a bit of credibility, honesty and honor.

Please learn and be aware of that company.

Hello everybody,,

can you imagine that I ordered a mobile phone since 12-9, it was shipped on 24-9 and I didn't receive it yet?!!

It's my worst experience at all.

The tracking number is RF419364017SG

It's about 3 months right now and still no thing?!!!

I contacted the tracking support team of Geekbuying many times and they keep telling me "could you please wait for it patiently". They didn't help me at all.

Advertised unit with a 2.0MP camera but you will get the cheaper, older, and inferior 0.3MP unit. Customer service will then provide you with the bull s*** that it's a "2.0MP camera, but with wifi, it's 0.3MP". They will then force you to pay for return shipping to China, contrary to their own "return policy", to discourage you from seeking refund. Complete bait and switch fraud.
