This man is very bad. All you have to do is a google search on him to realize that you should not rent from him. He made me and my 2 roomates miserable every step of the way. I suggest you speak to other students who have rented from him and see how bad he is. A rude, nasty guy whose house is very bad. Rats and mice, mold.... House should be condemned. i will attach a couple other people who i see on the internet. theres many more, he also shows up and walks into your apartment. i never had that in my other 3 years at school here. If you go with him, good luck, my other fiend never got his security back even though he left the place spottless. you probably wont see a response to this , because he cant agrue the facts.
Worst person on this earth. Not just as a landlord but as an actual person. He has issues. He will find a way to go out of his way to screw you over. He has no sympathy for anyone and he is a complete a******. I promise you promise promise promise you will regret renting from this man. It will be one of the worst mistakes of your life and you will not enjoy one single day living at his property. He should lose his licenses, I really cannot stress how bad he is.
