I was delighted when I thought that I had finally found a cute pair of pumps to fit my tiny feet on fsjshoes.com. I purchased a pair of heels size 4.5. Three weeks later my package arrived with a pair of size 6 shoes WAIT IT GETS BETTER they glued on soles that said 4.5!
Before I even bothered to open the rest of my mail I sent FSJ an email explaining that they're magic trick didn't actually change the size of the shoes. Customer Sneaky-Service quickly emailed me back demanding that I provide several pictures, showing all angels of the shoe to verify that they had not been worn. Despite the fact that the tracking information showed that the package arrived 10 minutes prior I provided them with the pictures.
Here's where they sold me the magical beans...
"Oh we are so sorry, can we customize new pair of shoes for you? If you send us your measurements we will make them exactly to the size of your feet"
... Just send back the shoes, we'll refund the shipping and send you your new custom heels.
I sent back the shoes, provided a tracking number and proof of return shipping cost and then the emails stopped.
I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN! I followed up with multiple emails and filed a complaint on their website and on PayPal. We (me and Paypal) have not gotten answer. SOooo THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND MY SHOES..... I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT I EVEN PAID TO SEND THE SHOES BACK! Needless to say that they lied and never paid me back for that either.
