ordered the buy one get one free for "29.99" and never received a confirmation email of my purchase which I thought was odd. The next day I see a charge of 198.00 taken out of my account. I called and some woman basically was bullshitting me the entire time and said I couldn't refund my order. She said she could only refund 100 dollars and that she would cancel on going orders. I had to cancel my entire credit card and close my account. DO NOT BUY THIS IS A SCAM.
Used a family person name to get my attention. Same thing happened to me as mentioned above. I choose one bottle and they charged me 198.00 for multiple ones. I canceled my credit card and called Fraud dept of Visa and reported them.
I ordered the buy two get one free and they automatically put me on a auto monthly plan without my consent. Not only that, they started sending different products that i never even looked at.
E-mailed me with my sisters name to buy pills, when i talked to her she said she did not do that and to call my credit card and cancel. i did and now i cant get intouch with this company
I ordered the diet supplement and choose the buy 1 get 1 free. cost $39.00. Now they are sending me a bottle of smart cleanse which cost $42.00 and debited from my account. which I did not agree to. as i investigate further my bank account I found out that every 3 months they have debited my account for $42.00. These debit amounts began 12/4/15 to present 9/11/2017.
WAS SHOWN TOTAL COST OF ITEMS ORDERED, AND TOLD A $50 REBATE COUPON WOULD BE INCLUDED WITH MY DELIVERY. PRODUCTS ARRIVED WITH NO PAPERWORK OF ANY KIND IN THE PACKAGE. THEN DISCOVERED MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $50 MORE THAN THE ONLINE INVOICE. NOW I AM DOUBTING THE PURITY OF THE CAPSULES ORDERED! I CARE MORE ABOUT MY HEALTH THAN THE MONEY, SO THE SCAMMERS HAVE $195 AND I HAVE 5 USELESS PILL BOTTLES.
Wanted a trial bottle and when I processed my order there was no free selection, only "deals." Because I still wanted to try it I got the buy one get two deal. Of course they put me on a auto pay plan which I was unaware of and so have been charged another $200 dollars for products I did not ask for in the first place. They wouldn't allow me to do a refund as it was over 30 days. so I got 75% refund on a product I haven't even recieved yet and a $30 rebate for the original order. So I have essentially paid $90 for absolutely nothing.
Oh and the original Intelligen was useless. I'm sorry but it is not out of convience that you put people on auto-pay. It is an absolute set up, con, and should be illegal. That coupled with the lack of refunds is absolute bulls*** and wreaks of guilt and deciet. DO NOT BUY!
Same thing has happened to me. But noe the phone number on the bottle isn't connected. Lost $184.77 and $101.24 Received 3 bottles with no weight loss after 1 month.
This number goes by Fresh Diet Solutions. but I'm sure there are other names that it goes by. I paid $198 for a product and when I went back to request my money back they said they'll give me everything back plus the product. This is of course was after they gave me a HUGE run around. Of course, I never received my money back nor the product.
I found out they also fake emails and pose as family members to get you to buy their product. Clever.
Contacted company by phone more than willing to cooperate in refund but stated that they would send instructions to mail the product back and that they would email how they wanted it, never receive notice. Call several time said they sent it must be in my spam. Therefore no refund.
