I need legal support against a company in #NewYork/ #LosAngeles! It's about my existence! Since December 2001 I have a contract with FreeLotto by PlasmaNet, Inc.
Annual annuity of $ 40,000 assures. The payout began in 2002 and should last through 2027. Every year I sent my notarized life certificate, and received the payout. The whole thing was really good until 2018. In 2019, like every year, I sent leg papers and nothing happened!
Also in 2020 and 2021! Then I tried the several times contacting the responsible person and got no answer (although the company is still active)! In the meantime I found out about FreeLotto by PlasmaNet, Inc. on the internet LottoGopher.com merged, which I then contacted, again without success (although LottoGopher.com aired gigantic TV commercials starring #WilliamShatner and the "#Shark" #KevinHarrington joined the company).
Then I wrote several notifications on their #Facebook page to get a reaction get, but unfortunately without success! This led the companies to increase their presence on #Facebook to make yourself invisible! You (the management of FreeLotto by PlasmaNet, Inc./ LottoGopher.com) don't just have to believe because they have their names ( FreeLotto by PlasmaNet, Inc. ......... ) from #Facebook and #LinkedIn have deleted their connection to the above companies veil, they will no longer shirk the responsibility to settle the outstanding debt.
I played this Free Lotto system for the entire year of 2017. I won the small prizes fourteen times for a total of $18. I claimed the prizes correctly. They confirmed my claims were valid. I have complete documentation of these transactions. They never mailed me the checks for my prize claims. This is a multi-million dollar fraud that was under investigation before and settled with NY State for $1.5 million in damages during 2010. They continue their fraudulent activities. Free Lotto does not pay the prizes that are won and needs to be shut down ASAP!
I have called my Debit Card company, and was given the phone number of the Free Lotto company which has been taking $19.99 ea. mo. from my Debit Card without any authorization (after one month) to do so. I got a "temporarily disconnected" recording when I called the (area code 212) phone number given to me over the phone by my debit card company. Therefore I was unable to cancel the $19.99 deduction each month, on the 4th, from my debit card. I also received Dispute papers in the mail from my debit card co. to fill out, sign and return, which I did a month or two ago. I also have now received a a further letter from my dir. dep. Debit Card Co. which states that "the Dispute Resolution Department as completed the investigation of your dispute dated 11/18/2015 in the amount of $119.94...The results of our investigation could not find where an error has ocurred. Therefore, no adjustment can be made to your Card account for the amount in question..."
Watch Out!! These guys will steal your monthly payment of $15.00 even after you cancel their membership! I had to have my pre-paid card company investigating this & they had to stop my card & send me a new one to activate! Don't deal w/this Scam @ all!
