A couple of months ago i got a call for a civil dispute,they wanted me to calculate the appropriate amount of money that needs to be settled.
the story goes,a couple of guys got in a fight in the middle of the street.Now one of the guys went and filed a lawsuit on the other for injury,so the case started.
But the thing is,the guy who filed the lawsuit was the agressor in the fight,there was evidnce for that,i mean it happaned in the middle of the day with eyewitnesses around it.
But when it came to the case,the eyewitnesses didn't account to much,since non of them wanted to testify to whom started the fight.
It all seems to me like they were scared to come to the podium.
The defence was strong tho,they had a compitent lawyer and enough evidence to prove that Fredericks client was was the one that started the fight.
But Frederick had a plan.One day i got contacted by Fred,he invited me to dinner to discuss some things.Since i knew fim from before the trial i agreed to,figures out he wanted me to we got there everything was fine we were chatting and then he did it,of course he didn't state it but i read between the lines,he wanted me to up the ammount of money that the defendants needed to pay,all this was just a big attempt to bribe me,the fancy dinner,the champagne,he even wanted to compensate me if i did it.But i didn't.
Then the next calling happaned,the past few callings the jury couldnt decide on the case and the judge was suspicious of the whole situation.
But that day it all changed.For no aparent reason both the judges and some of the more suspicious jurry members did a complete 180,i can only guess but the whole istuation seemed to me like he bribed them to sway to his way,so the case was closed in the next 2 sessions.
And it all seems to me like he bribed them to do that.So i advise you.If you come across him in a legal battle,be carefull and be a sinical a*s possible.
