Four out of five receipts have errors that REQUIRE you to return and wait in line 15 minutes or longer. BE CAREFUL when you shop here. Unfortunately we don't have a lot of choice when it comes to grocery in Klamath Falls otherwise I'd walk out never to return. Kroger commits fraud on its customers, and doesn't blink an eye. I certainly after today will keep my visits at a bare minimum only buying the rock bottom sale prices, never ever deviating buying anything else in the store, so then it's me who will come out on top.

Today I was FORCED to wait in line 20 minutes to get a refund from previous visit, then I went shopping. I've wised up and this was the first time I checked the receipt BEFORE leaving the store, and sure enough another error. Yep back to customer service where they notoriously have ONE person behind the desk with five or more customers waiting. So folks today I was FORCED to wait a total of 35 minutes. MY time robbed, but no apology. You know what customer service said when i said I don't know if I'll shop here anymore? "Okay".

Kroger your customer service team act like they got their training from a cracker jack box. They don't give a rat's behind how much time they waste of yours, there's the door. Kroger I wish you would stop stealing from your customers. It's funny I don't recall my receipt EVER having an error in my favor, it's always money the store gets to keep UNLESS I'm willing to stand in line.

The Fred Meyer grocery chain has been part of the Oregon Community for many years and a great place to shop. A few years back a national chain by the name of Kroger bought chain but they retained the FM ways, people and management. We have shopped at many Fred Meyer stores and they were all good. For the last 15 years we have shopped at the store in the Beaverton Town Center and it was great. NO MORE. They changed store managers about three years ago and it gradually has come to the point that we don't go near the place anymore. Some of the employee's that we have know and liked for many years are still there, but they know that it will never be the same again.

The employee's and managers were what made the place great, the managers now never say a word. Oh I'm sure they care about their numbers and possible bonuses and will do anything to attain them. Before they would almost never be out of stock, but now if they have items at a lower ad price there is a good chance that they will be out of stock often during the week. Now if you say something they will give you another product for the same price, but I'm guessing that they're hopeful that you just pick up another item at the regular. This happens all of the time now. If they have something marked down on the shelf you better pay attention when you check out. This isn't the employee's, this is management in this store.

I can't speak to all Fred Meyer stores because I haven't shopped in them for a few years. They ALL used to be the best, even the Beaverton store. All of the managers that went through that store were friendly, say high and always thank you for coming in. For 15 years that we know of if we wanted an item that we knew Freddy's carried, no question we buy it there.

I don't know if it's Kroger or the current manager Matt, but we will NEVER go to a Fred Meyer again. We wish all of the Fred Meyers employee's that have beed arounf the very best. I also read that the new Fred Meyer President is from the outside. The signs need to say KROGER,Fred Meyer is gone.
