Trusted colleague

Mr. Adamo and I are colleagues. On numerous occasions we have called each other to discuss difficult points of law that came up in a case one of us was working on. I found Frank to be thoughtful, thorough, very reasonable in his analysis of the legal question, and concerned with finding the correct information to counsel his client. The law changes on a daily basis, and that's why we rely on each other for assistance. I would absolutely call Frank again for his thoughts on a difficult matter.

DISHONEST ATTORNEY Frankie Adamo of 5110 North 44th Street, Suite L200, Phoenix, AZ 85018 (his office "suite" is a small room he rents at this location. The building has apartment like offices, his looked like a 3 bedroom which he shares with another 2 or 3 companies. Do NOT expect a LAW FIRM - this is a ONE MAN operation)

Frank Adamo supposedly specializes in landlord tenant law in addition being a CPA - both ACCREDITATION he apparently WON in the State of FL and State of AZ LOTTERY - based on the experience I had with him.

An hour long "consultation" with him will set you back $275.00. The "advice" as to how to protect my US based assets I received from Frankie Adamo was: "Create an US based LLC and make your minor NON US citizen relatives (10 and 5 respectively) the members /owners of the llc owning the Assets"

Because I have questioned his advice and because Frankie Adamo had never followed up with me, I have followed up with him few weeks later so that he could tell me that: "he had checked with his colleague, and whatever advice he had given to me during our initial meeting is actually illegal and if I need additional advice I should schedule ANOTHER PAID CONSULTATION with him".... Really ?

So this guy gives false advice and instead of offering a refund he actually has the courage to ask for another paid consultation ??? That's pretty bold ! For what exactly ? I might have as well taken my $275 and spend an hour with the baker from our local bakery and probably would have received a better advice from him.

If you need a sound legal advice regarding your Real Estate Assets, I recommend you find someone else. If you need a Tax advice - again - I can NOT recommend Frank Adamo since he was unable to distinguish between dividends and distributions while we discussed the taxation of my earning from my S corporation. If you have $275 to blow and like to discuss assumptions and some completely delusional and unlawful Ideas, you have found your match, I doubt you will ever find anyone more suitable

Do not expect any support from the AZ State Bar. A lawyer accepting monies for giving out a false and illegal advice is perfectly fine - according to the intake Esq JESSICA SALEM SABO and her supervisor TOM McCAULLEY. In fact if you question Jessica how she arrived at her conclusion be prepared to hear that if you do not like her decision "be her guest and spend another $275 to file a claim at the court" .... after all SHE is an attorney, not you....

Realtors and persons dealing with Real Estate are regulated more strictly in the state of AZ, than the Attorney's. Sadly, The AZ Bar, it seems, only cares to keep collecting dues from its members, instead of protecting the Public

Not My Experience at all

I had hired Mr. Adamo for an eviction case where the apartment complex I was living in at the time, tried to have me illegally evicted.

The eviction was based on the fact that I was legally in possession of my own personal handgun on property that was at all times holstered.

They attempted their eviction under their crime free addendum act in the lease.

I found Mr. Adamo on Avvo, and contacted him to set up a consultation. He was very professional and very articulate.

At the end of the consultation I hired him to represent me.

The Eviction case ended up going to trial and Mr. Adamo did a fantastic job in Defending me and won the case in my favor.

The apartment complex had a very large local law firm representing them in their eviction proceedings against me.

Mr. Adamo delivered a thorough and very adequate and professional defense. He was well-prepared, always on time, and provided great communication in prepping for trial.

The apartment complex even put a witness on the stand that perjured himself, and Mr. Adamo immediately discredited his testimony, on cross examination.

I highly recommend Mr. Adamo to anyone looking for legal assistance when they need it the most.

Ethical Attorney

You may be confused about what you were paying for. The $275 you paid was for the attorney's TIME, not the advice. An attorney's time is how she or he gets paid. You spent time with the attorney, asked him questions, and received answers. Regardless whether you liked the answers you received, the attorney spent time with you, and that is what you paid for.

There are many attorneys out there who will tell you exactly what you want to hear, for FREE. They will tell you whatever you want to hear, as long as you hire them and pay them a bunch of money. Those are the unethical attorneys, in my opinion, and Frankie is not one of them. I have worked with him since 2016 on a bankruptcy case. I have found him to be smart, professional, patient, considerate, and ethical.
