First of all, let me state this is a rip off report concerning the company that provides bingo equipment throughout the USA. This is not an online gambling site.

ForTuNet Inc. started showing up in bingo halls about 10 yrs ago, that's when we first noticed that every single hall in NV was now using this horrible gaming system. How we first noticed was that the balls that were being displayed on the TV screens were computer generated pictures, not the actual balls that were in the hopper. When we questioned the bingo hall operators, they said it was to assure that the customer was not being "cheated" by operators who might palm a ball, or read it uncorrectly. This system does not allow the employee to handle the ball, and the balls are not color coated, only bar coded. So the players have no way of knowing if the ball showing on the screen is truly the ball in the hopper! Most of the player screens are fixed to a table top in WA state, in NV they use some older hand held machines. The hopper is sealed shut and can not be opened unless they call in several managers to observe the process. This was all to "ensure" a fair game without human interference and the stationary screens were to allow customers to watch tv, play cards, etc. All distractions imo so you don't notice these things...like you can't view all of your cards, only a certain few which typically all have the same numbers in the same pattern. Many many duplicates..but this to ensure fair gaming for all....Yeah...

As soon as the halls switched to this system we noticed the payouts getting smaller and more infrequent. Players who had played for years started to complain about the payouts and lack of bingo wins, while the owners assured players it was "just a stretch of bad luck" and surely they would start winning again. On top of the lack of wins for players, a huge upswing of mechanical breakdowns started occuring, usually during a game and when employees attempted to contact the customer service reps from ForTuNet they would typically have to wait well over 30 min for a response. While playes were stuck at their machines, getting more and more frustrated. Most bingo halls now require you to use a membership card, and in NV if you dont use it you can not get a "discount" on your buy in packs. WA state requires you use it or you can not play. Huh...very odd that you should be forced to have a ID card for bingo?

Anytime a gambling apparatus requires a player to use an ID code in order to play is NOT a good sign for players. The only way to predetermine a win for certain players is to force them to use ID codes, any seasoned gambler knows this.

So now its not enough that they have taken away the fun and randomness of bingo, but they have to force players to use a system that is faulty, poorly desinged and offers little or no customer support? How on earth did this company take over the bingo world on the west coast without anyone noticing or monitoring what they are doing?

Well Mr. Yuri Itkis...someone is watching you and your company now. You will be monitored for fair gaming and held accountable if your are caught ripping off customers. Warning to bingo halls using these systems, you will lose a high percentage of your customers if you attempt to rip them off by using this company! That's a promise.
