There were unauthorized charges on my credit card. They credited me for the charges, canceled the card and issued me a new one. After I activated the new card, less then a week later, there were unauthorized charges on the new card. I told them to cancel the card and I don't want a new one. Waiting for an answer.
They claim I owe them $487.91 on a Visa Credit Card. I never had heard of them nor did I make any puchases with a Visa card or any other card.I do not owe these people anything They say I owe them $80.00 because I'm 2 months behind and are wanting their money or send my info to a Collection Agency .
They called me and asked if i made these charges to EviHollywood. I said no never heard of them. They said they would send me papers to sign I was told it would take about 3 months to get my money back. I sent back the paper the day after I received them. I called them when the 3 months were up. I was told I was too early and wait another 2 weeks.
I didn’t see the $145.99 and $227.99 put but back in my account when the 2 weeks were up I called them back. I was told I was too late and I filled out the form wrong. They were not going to reimburse me. I am not going to pay for charges that are not mine. Fortiva called me up and told me about them. I want them to return my money so I can close this account. I am 70 year old lady on social security.
I keep receiving these strange text messages from this coming saying my payment is due. Now they are saying my payment is late. I have never received any offers nor have I ever applied for a credit card with this company.
I checked my credit report and there is no reporting of any account with them nor any inquires reported. No emails from them, only texts to my cell. This is a total scam.

I chat with them online and they tell me my account number is wrong. I go and check it and it is right. I call them up and one guy says it was there mistake, and I have nothing to worry about. I make another payment on the 29th and it went through on the 30th. but I get a call from them saying my account still pasts due on the 30th. I called them this morning and they say it is current, but yet I have to pay a $25.00 late fee for this month. I made two payments this month both for $25.00. My checking account I used for both was the same account and they said the first one didn't take but the second one did. I told the guy I talked to this morning I wanted to close the card account. I told the guy they are big scammers. I worn people not to get this card.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
