We have a Ford F350 and purchased an extended warranty through Forevercar that did not cover any repairs over the last 6 months. My husband spoke with a representative and said we were interested in the upgraded warranty and the rep sold us a lower grade warranty that did not cover any of our repairs over the last 6 months. We have paid for a $3500 warranty and have had to pay for over $10,000 in repairs over the last 6 months. I requested to upgrade my warranty and was told I could not do an upgrade. After speaking with the warranty company again they said I could cancel my current contract and start a new one that would cover more. I moved forward with this option and was quoted on a Assure Guard exclusion warranty that was a much better choice for our situation. My husband gave the company our payment information and when I received my confirmation email they sold us a completely different warranty called a Direct Complete warranty which lacked most of the coverage's given to me in the quote. When I called the rep he spent the first 10 minutes of the call telling me it was the same warranty that it just showed a different name. Finally he looked a little deeper into the situation and said he would call me back. When he called me back he informed me the warranty originally quoted would not work for my vehicle and that he would cancel the contract. There was no attempt to compensate me for either warranty that was sold inaccurately I am just out all that money. This company is shady please think twice before using this company.
