I placed an order for "LInco Barnwood Classics Horseshoe Meadows" wood flooring on April 15th, 2015, and did not hear from them until November 11th, 2015... The email said they were shipping the product. It took seven months to get my order together and ship it. I tried to call and cancel the order, but no one picks up and it forwards to a voice mail after you listen to music for a couple of minutes. I left a message with them to call me back to confirm I want to cancel the order. Please read the other reviews and you'll see I'm not the only one who has had problems with delayed service and poor communication.
It's now December 11th, and despite all the communication with the "New Owner" they have now decided to just ignore me and not send product or return my $388.85. I suppose now it's Small Claims Court time. If you decide to read everything on Yelp, you'll see that they agree, in fact, I did place the order, and furthermore I provided proof of payment by sending a copy of my AMEX charge. At that point the "New Owner" went silent in the email communications we've had.
My suspicion is that there is not any new owner at all. They are just struggling to be an honest business. I live about three hours from San Diego so I can't verify anything, but I'm now even suspect that the pictures on their website or Yelp are even of their warehouse. Regardless, just don't do business with them -- you have plenty of other options in the San Diego area and better online choices with excellent shipping options.
Sheesh, what a time waste this has been writing this. And now I need to submit on other review sites and warn others about doing business with them.
Finally -- A note to the "New Owner" (because he did read my initial Yelp review and respond to it)... Michael (if that's your name), Please make me whole by providing a credit or returning my money. If you do have a legitimate business I can't imagine you would put yourself in such a precarious position over $388. Just know that I'm now working from a "It's the principal of the thing" foundation now. That foundation will likely drive me to pursue additional measures.
