Took my money and never sent me the dog bed i purchased for the shipping price of $4.99.
i purchased a dog bed from the,only had to pay $4.99 for shipping and handling. it was order on january16 2018. it was taken out of my accountant and still have not recieved the dog bed!
Ordered a dog bed on january 7 2018. Bed was free just had to pay $4.99 shipping. I payed with a cc and it was instantly deducted from my acct. I recieved an email with my conformation number an an 8-12 day wait. I emailed them 1-23-18 and asked where the bed was and they replied that there was a delay due to a stock issue and it would be shipped out in 1-2weeks. Emailed again on 2-21 and asked again where it was and they replied that it was in transit. It is now 3-23 and the website is gone and there is no longer an email. I was ripped off and they have my card info!

Finally in January 2018, got o line chat response saying size was backordred (ordered multiple sizes never received notice or anything) was told had to specifically request a refund and then would receive the product and refund. Neither ever happened. Flash forward to end of February and two more attempted chats where the online "agent” stated that the item has been shipped and. No refund can be issued until the product arrives and it is out of her hands. Attempted to call the phone number that shows up on bank statement 5417543010 and it rings fast busy as an invalid phone number , website no longer seems to show up( hoping not too many others got taken) Have saved screen shots of online chat promising a refund but wishing I could do more to stop crooks like this.

I seen this ad on Facebook about a free bed for a my dog and all you had to pay was the S&H. Well I did and I ordered January 9th and have not received my dog bed. I also never was refunded and I feel I need to be refunded or get my dog bed. Actually for this I should get my dog bed and refunded the S&H. This is very much a ripoff and I can't get a hold of this company.

I seen an add on Facebook for a free dog bed with a 4.99 shipping fee. I paid this fee on January 24th, 2018. This amount was taken from my bank account which now has me worried to go change my debit card ##. Which means I will have to change all my accounts that I have set up for direct payment. I want a full refund and a way to make sure this fraudulant company is shut down from doing this to anyone else. Facebook needs to have better security on false websites that advertise merchandise. I have bought other products that actually have given me what I have paid for. Shame on these people that are involved. I want action....
Flip the Trend This company promoted dog beds on facebook for shipping charges of $4.99 only. Of course I fell for it. I have ordered from a lot of companies like this from facebook and I have always received my order. That is until this time. I place my order back on January 8th and received an email indicating the order was received. Of course the money was charged to my credit card as well. Then the order never came. I then found a contact email to ask someone to check my order.
I received an email response indicating that my order would be received during the last week of February and was being processed now. Fast forward to March. I now try to contact the same company and the email comes back returned. I do some leg work to find out that I was not the only one scammed. I guess I will contact my credit card company and see if they will reverse the charges. Not sure if that will do any good either, but its worth a try. Beware, DO NOT order from this company. .. ... On January 9th I saw an ad on Facebook from a company called Flip the trend. Offering a free dog bed in varying sizes and colors. The catch was that the buyer pays shipping fees. I ordered one in a specified size and color. It is almost March and I still have no dog bed. I tried their email address and it came back undeniable. There website is also inactive. Though it was a small fee, I would still like it back! Do these crooks now have my credit card info?

This company offered (on Facebook) a dog bed, they said they would pay something to charity for every bed ordered on a pay postage only basis.
I placed an order with them on 25th January 2018 and paid $4.99 postage. To date, 27th February 2018, the only thing I have received from them is a receipt and confirmation that the bed would be despatched Express Shipping 8/12 days.

I ordered two dog beds back in December and my mom ordered one two. I e mailed them about my order and asked for a tracking number. They never replied back with a tracking number they just kept on tell me it’s on the way.
On December 25, 2017 I placed an order for a FREE dog bed, postage only due at $4.99. On 1/10/2018, I contacted Flip the Trend via email to be told that there was a 'stock issue' and that I could receive a refund or wait another one to two weeks. I opted to wait. On 2/1/2018 I was told that my order was in transit and I would receive it the second week of February. On 2/17/2018 I was notified that a refund would be issued but it would take 10-14 days for that to happen.
I do not understand why it will take so long to get the refund. My bank account was debited instantly by these people, seems they can return the money faster than 10-14 days.
There needs to be criminal charges filed against them for all of the money they have gotten from people. That in my book is theft.

I emailed them asking for an update, and was advised that their shipment was damaged, so it would be delayed. They told me to allow an additional 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, nothing. I email again, and am told again to allow an additional 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks come and go - email again to be told that I would have them by the end of January based on my location. February 1st - nothing. Email yet again, and now I cannot get a response. I have sent 2 emails since 02/01, with no reply. The only contact information I am able to locate is the email that I have used - several times. I have ordered other products from Facebook ads prior to this (t-shirts, etc) with no issue. Flip the Trend is definitely a scam. I am going to be disputing the charge, as well as filing a report with the BBB in regards to this company.

Ordered dog bed on November 2017 and it is now January 18,2018 and I still have not received them. When I contacted them the first time they said they were on backorder. I contacted them a second time and they said they were due to ship a week ago and I still have not seen them.
They advertised a free pet bed for paying the shipping cost and said it was for a charity. I ordered on 7/24/17 a had a couple emails to them within the next few weeks about when my item was getting delivered. They would say it was on backorder and would be shipped in 15-20 days. But again the pet bed never came.
On 11/29/17 I sent a email asking for a full refund but now I have not heard back from them. I keep sending emails with no reply. I called the phone number on my bank statement that took the money in CA. It was a lady that of course did not know of anything I was talking about. This is a shame what people are doing to other people!
I do NOT usually order items on line but my dog (he's my ESA support dog) could really use this pet bed and it was for a charity, only reason I did. These people are heartless and cold! Hope they are happy knowing they stole from someone on disability and lives off that day by day!!!

When I checked their website it said that my order was processing. I had paid for express 6-9 day shipping. I ordered on Dec. 15 and this was at the beginning of january that I was checking on my order. Supposedly they have online support and yet when I tried to chat and ask about my order nobody was ever available. I finally sent an email through their contact link and said that I either wanted information to track my order or I wanted my money back. I also said I was going to file a complaint against them if I didn't hear from them. Well tonight I checked my bank account and sure enough there is a refund for the money I sent them. I never did hear from them, was not told there was a problem or that my products were out of stock. When I go to the website and put in my order number it still has my order listed. Please don't order anything from this company. It is a scam.

I ordered 2 dog beds free, just pay shipping and have never received them. Was told the would refund my money from the shipping $4.99 each and would still receive the beds. Was told they were in transit and they apologized that they were late but would be delivered the 3rd week of February still nothing and no refund either. Now when I email them it could mes back as undeliverable, not found.
I ordered 3 dog bed for free, and paid $14.97 for shipping last January 11, 2018. I never received it.
It was advertising on Facebook. Its so scam.....
I order a dog bed on jan 22 and in mid feb i sent an email asking when it will be here and they told me since where i live it wont be here til feb 20. Now i try to email them and see what is going on it no longer works and there is no other way to get a hold of them.
I ordered December 19, 2017. I was promised my order before the end of December. The second week of January 2018 I contacted costumer service and told them I was mad. They emailed me back saying it was an over whelming response to the product and they were waiting on a new shipment to come in. By the end of January I emailed them again told them I wanted a refund. No response. Now the website doesn't exsist!!
I ordered the free dog bed along with the reversible umbrella, automatic dog feeder Jan 24th, they said it will be 8-12 days to receive my order, I emailed Feb 8th about my shipment, they emailed me back saying that it will be delivered the last week of Feb, I still haven't received anything, I just tried to get on their site, but the site isn't loading. This is horrible, I even told my friends and family about this site!
This company offered (on Facebook) a dog bed, they said they would pay something to charity for every bed ordered on a pay postage only basis.
I placed an order with them on 25th January 2018 and paid $4.99 postage. To date, 27th February 2018, the only thing I have received from them is a receipt and confirmation that the bed would be despatched Express Shipping 8/12 days.
Please beware, I am fast coming to the conclusion that this is a scam.

I ordered two dog beds back in December and my mom ordered one two. I e mailed them about my order and asked for a tracking number. They never replied back with a tracking number they just kept on tell me it’s on the way.
On December 25, 2017 I placed an order for a FREE dog bed, postage only due at $4.99. On 1/10/2018, I contacted Flip the Trend via email to be told that there was a 'stock issue' and that I could receive a refund or wait another one to two weeks. I opted to wait. On 2/1/2018 I was told that my order was in transit and I would receive it the second week of February. On 2/17/2018 I was notified that a refund would be issued but it would take 10-14 days for that to happen.
I do not understand why it will take so long to get the refund. My bank account was debited instantly by these people, seems they can return the money faster than 10-14 days.
There needs to be criminal charges filed against them for all of the money they have gotten from people. That in my book is theft.
I ordered 2 dog beds on 12/02/2017. They guaranteed shipping in 6-10 days. After that time period, the items still had not shipped. I emailed them asking for an update, and was advised that their shipment was damaged, so it would be delayed. They told me to allow an additional 2 weeks. 2 weeks later, nothing. I email again, and am told again to allow an additional 2 weeks. Those 2 weeks come and go - email again to be told that I would have them by the end of January based on my location. February 1st - nothing. Email yet again, and now I cannot get a response. I have sent 2 emails since 02/01, with no reply. The only contact information I am able to locate is the email that I have used - several times. I have ordered other products from Facebook ads prior to this (t-shirts, etc) with no issue. Flip the Trend is definitely a scam. I am going to be disputing the charge, as well as filing a report with the BBB in regards to this company.
Purchased 2 free dogs bed that you pay shipping only. The company took my $9.98 to cover shipping but never sent the dog beds. Sent 2 emails to the company and received responses to each one. The last one saying my shipment should arrive the 2nd week in February. Went online today to check the status on their website and now can’t even access the website! Some type of internal error!!! Second time scammed on two different websites this year. Amazingly both for dog beds!!!
I order a dog bed from them on Sept 16, 2017. it said it would be delivered in 7-9 days. i have been send live chat with them and the dates keep changeing, ( the item where damage and had to be sent back, or the order is being work on.) every time i do live chat it a different story. i getting tired and the company realy need to be put out of buniness.
I did live chat with them today again 1/27/18, and the last time was on 12/28/17. and they keep saying in 2 week i should get it. ok this time she diconnect from me when i told her will you guy should send out email or something, because their are to many excuse why the dog bed has not been ship.
So today she said i should get it the 1st week in Feb,2018.

Ordered dog bed on November 2017 and it is now January 18,2018 and I still have not received them. When I contacted them the first time they said they were on backorder. I contacted them a second time and they said they were due to ship a week ago and I still have not seen them.
They advertised a free pet bed for paying the shipping cost and said it was for a charity. I ordered on 7/24/17 a had a couple emails to them within the next few weeks about when my item was getting delivered. They would say it was on backorder and would be shipped in 15-20 days. But again the pet bed never came.
On 11/29/17 I sent a email asking for a full refund but now I have not heard back from them. I keep sending emails with no reply. I called the phone number on my bank statement that took the money in CA. It was a lady that of course did not know of anything I was talking about. This is a shame what people are doing to other people!
I do NOT usually order items on line but my dog (he's my ESA support dog) could really use this pet bed and it was for a charity, only reason I did. These people are heartless and cold! Hope they are happy knowing they stole from someone on disability and lives off that day by day!!!
I ordered the dog beds that were "free" just pay shipping. I ordered two and paid the shipping. I received an email with my order confirmation number. When I checked their website it said that my order was processing. I had paid for express 6-9 day shipping. I ordered on Dec. 15 and this was at the beginning of january that I was checking on my order. Supposedly they have online support and yet when I tried to chat and ask about my order nobody was ever available. I finally sent an email through their contact link and said that I either wanted information to track my order or I wanted my money back. I also said I was going to file a complaint against them if I didn't hear from them. Well tonight I checked my bank account and sure enough there is a refund for the money I sent them. I never did hear from them, was not told there was a problem or that my products were out of stock. When I go to the website and put in my order number it still has my order listed. Please don't order anything from this company. It is a scam.
