I ordered a dinning set from flatfair.com because the sales department insured me that it could be shipped without being damaged I receive it on 8-16 the boxes were damaged and that is what i was writing on the receipt when the truck driver confronted me and told me I could not put that on the ticket because I could not see inside the bow and there was lots of styrofoam in box to protect it.He said I had to write for further inspection and would not let me cut the box open to inspect the table until I signed the ticket.so I signed the truck driver handed me a ticket and ran and jumped in his truck before i could get a knife and cut the box open. so the table top is broken and they have given me yhe run around for 4 weeks and now they are saying I cannot sent it bake because it,s been to log.

I was very excited to move into my new place as a young woman and I decided to browse the internet for furniture. I found flatfair and thought their furniture was very nice and affordable because I don't make that much and moving into my own place can be expensive so I wanted to find a way to save. I ordered my furniture a couple weeks ago and still haven't got anything. I've tried calling and emailing the company and still haven't gotten a response. I spent $2,000 and I feel like I have been ripped off. I am very upset because I have kids and they have nothing to sleep on because i haven't received not one piece of furniture yet! I don't think it's fair that they don't value your time and money. I can't even request a cancellation without them wanting to do it or even getting in contact with them! $2,000 for me is a lot of money to just let go of and still not have anything! All I want is my furniture or my money back

I ordered furniture from Flatfair which totaled $1231.79. Flatfair initially relayed to me that delivery would take place with 1 -2 weeks of the order. When 10 days or so had passed I called to check on the order I was informed that delivery would be during the week of thanksgiving. When this did not happen and I questioned when delivery would take place Flatfair said they contacted the driver and delivery would take place on Monday or Tuesday (November 28th and 29th.). Two days later Flatfair emailed to me the phone number of the delivery driver and instructed me to call him and "request delivery". I find this totally unacceptable that I would have to track down the driver and beg for delivery of furniture that I have paid for. However I called the driver 5 times and got no answer. I contacted Flatfair again and they assured me they had contacted the driver and he would make the delivery on Monday and Tuesday (November 28th and 29th). On Monday there was no delivery. By Tuesday when I had not heard from the driver I called the delivery company which said there would be no delivery because something had "come up". It is obvious I will not be receiving my furniture and I want to inform others about this company.

Flat Fair advertised a much lower price than their competitors for the product I purchased. It wasn't until I was checking out that I discovered the shipping cost covered the difference. After I made my order (March 18, 2016), I received an invoice, but there was no shipping date. Five days later, I was sent a poorly worded email that explained the item I ordered was not in stock, and would require additional time to ship. I waited an additional three days (March 26), then emailed the company to inquire about the status of the order. The next day, I received an email stating the item still wasn't in stock. On March 29 (eleven days after my order), I received the following email. I am quoting it directly, in it's entirety: "Hi [Customer]! We thanks for your waiting! We talked with the manufacture about this status of this order. They said it is failed to transfer from other warehouse since nobody have it now. The estimate available date for this item will be Mid of April, would you like to consider to wait? Or we will cancel this order for you. We are apologize for this inconvenience caused to you! Please advice! Thank you!" I opted to wait, since the shipping from another company would have likely caused my merchandise to arrive around the same time anyway. The next day (March 30), I was emailed again. Flat Fair had managed to get everything together and was going to be able to ship my merchandise within the next few days.

On April 1, I received shipping confirmation through a company called Custom Co. The email explained that I would need to schedule a delivery with the driver, and the driver would call me to schedule. On April 6, CustomCo's tracker said the package would be delivered by 8pm that day. When I hadn't received a phone call by 6pm, I called the shipping company to attempt to schedule the appointment for delivery. The package had been contracted to a local shipping company and was still being tracked by CustomCo, but they could not provide me with contact information for the new shipping company. When the truck did arrive today, at the time the driver and I scheduled, he arrived at my apartment complex with a 40' semi trailer. I didn't really mind waiting for my merchandise. I wasn't really upset that Flat Fair couldn't give me the same answer from one day to the next. I was a bit frustrated that the shipping company contracted my package, but that's their prerogative, and I understood why (nevermind the fact that I can't figure out why an online retailer boasting national curbside delivery used a California based freight company to accomplish that). Talking to my delivery driver six times in an hour to act as his navigation system wasn't even that troublesome. But standing in traffic in front of my apartment complex, guiding a full size semi-trailer out on to the road, and stopping vehicles in four directions for the better part of thirty minutes while this guy backed his trailer out into the street? That's asking a bit much, Flat Fair. 0/10 stars. Would not order again.

Reading other reviews, this company seems to have a lot of backordered merchandise, and the customer appears to find out through email days after the order is placed. They also seem to have similar shipping issues. P.S.: merchandise arrived in great shape, was exactly what I wanted, and I couldn't be more pleased. With the merchandise, I mean. I hope somebody at Flat Fair reads this. And I hope it's somebody that can fix their process. 21 days from start to finish. Had I gone to the retailer with the next best price for identical merchandise, I'd have paid $34 more, and I would have had my merchandise in 10 days at maximum, probably delivered on a box truck by a driver that knows the area. I was too generous earlier. -10/10. Will actively recommend any other service to literally anyone.

I bought a bunk bed for my kids just before Christmas time (late November) It arrived with the footboard damaged (wood split at support beam where the safety slats go into the upper beam) I attemptd to get the part replced and Flatfair.com Customer service (Adarn Inc) claimed the parts were not avalable and would only offer a partial refund or pay to have the part repaired...it's wood and part of the main structure of a bunk bed- there's no "repairing" a split in a main wood beam of a bunk bed.

So, I contacted the Manufacturer. As it turns out they COULD help, however due to thier sales contract with Adarn/FlatFair.com they are required to let them(Adarn, the retailer) try to remedy the situation first. Well Adarn/Flatfair is of Zero help and the parts MIGHT be avalable from the actual manufacturer so now I need to work the chain of command with them to hopefully resolve the situation so my kids can have thier new bed by New Years. Maybe.

It boils down to this: Adarn/FlatFair dosen't want to do anything so they offer a pittance refund on a majr part of the assembly that really needs to be replaced in whole. Then they hamstring the Manufacturer into not being able to help the customer because it looks like they are taking care of the customer when really its a smokescreen to scam customers out of rectification of the situation.

I ordered some furniture for my mother, (Gladys) online at FlatFair on June 25th that was delivered to my address (Teresa). My parents are on a fixed income and value their money. The furniture was ordered because my father had to moved to assisted living because my mother couldn't take care of him due to their health. After ordering the furniture my father fell and was placed in the hospital for a week and from there went to rehab. for another week. It took approximately two weeks to receive the furniture. I ordered three pieces and wanted to return two peices that were never opened and are still in their original shipping boxes. I've been dealing with FlatFair for one week starting on July 24th, with no response on their end. Emails have been sent on July 24, 28, and 29. Several phone calls have also been made. No manager to talk with either. Please help as they are not returning phone calls or following their return protocol.
