I have recently noticed in my bank account the gym that is affiliated with the bank "Moody bank" ***-***-****, where i got the information with the "club system dues", when i infact have stopped my contract on 9/1/2014. I have all my bank statements to gether to prove the fraudulance. Bank of the west is also assisting me to fix this. They have frozen my account and i will be filing to small claims court as well. they have used my account number for a Naomi Reuber for her monthly dues with out my consent. I am looking to resolve this issue because it has effected my credit score, and my bank account.
I signed up for a month-by-month membership to see if I liked it. After 1 month, I canceled it over the phone. Without my knowledge, they continued to charge my card every month from 2016-2017. They would charge different amounts, such as: $20-$70. I called the company, and sent emails, but no response and no resolution. I would like my money deposited back into my account.
# After teminating my membership 23 months ago I receive email from them that Im behind of my monthly membership fee. I went there to the club and expliningto them but they say that the only way they can terminate my membership is to pay the current balnace. when i ask a termination letter paper before they say that they dont hands out its only on email but i never receive email from them except now.
DONT FALL FOR THE SALES PITCH. Horrible Customer Service. Tried to Cancel membership w/o going thru 50 loop-holes. NOT POSSIBLE. DO NOT join. Trust me you will regret it. The sleazy "checking only" charges SCREAM FRAUD. They Steal your money w/o stating your complete charges. Signed up for ONE BASIC $10 membership and was charged $60+ in addition to $30 60 day fee. FOR YOUR OWN GOOD FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE! Pay the extra mile to get better service, a quality experience, and a cleaner gym. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, and naive staff.
