I have been an account holder at first National Bank of North Arkansas for over a year , This institution is not small business-friendly at all, they impose unreasonable limits and hold verified funds. on several occasions holds have been orchestrated to cause me several NSF transaction fees in which the bankpaid no checks only returned them. Tellers are rude and supervisors are even worse. This institution doesn't care if you have business expenses that have to be paid, they only want to keep your money and find a way to cheat you out of your own money. $0 has been returned.
