We had a customer bring their vehicle into our shop. We discovered that both wheel bearings were out as well as a axle shaft. This was on a Saturday we called the warranty company they said it was a covered repair and that we should go ahead and fix it.
We reparied the customers vehicle called back in and they told us they would call on Monday with payment. Well on Monday they said they would need to come and inspect they vehicle. Well the customer was gone and they had told us the repairs were covered. They then backed out on paying the claim.
We have worked with many xtended service companys and never had a issue.
Consumers do your home work these are bad pepole. Shops if a customer comes in with one of these plans dont work on it!!
