When you go to a local gambling establishment in Las Vegas, you grow to expect a certain level of Professionalism. Don't expect that at Fireside. I moved to the area 5 years ago, and have had so many bad experiences at this place, I don't know why I kept giving them a chance and coming back. Even though I only came back occasionally, I must be a gluten for punishment as it is consistently bad.
I have seen my food order screwed up, once waiting for a pizza for over 2 hours. I have put up with a server that every time I come in is drunk.... while she was on the job. Several times had to put up with another over zealous server that even after losing near $100 wanted me to pay for my second beer... that would normally be a comp at any other establishment.
I am done now after last nights encounter when the same server screamed at me for no reason.
Goodbye for ever Fireside.... unless you change ownership and get a brand new staff that is sober and is professional.
I have never been treated like this anywhere else. This is the only place that does this.... more than once too. I go out 4-5 times a week,.. and am a very... VERY good tipper. Good news... Across the street they know my name, and treat me right.
