I would just really like for all businesses who are in the communications cabling field to be aware of Fidelity Communications Corp. out of Novi, Mi; New Hudson , MI. They utilized a lot of our time in needing a quote for a company they wanted us to do work for as a 3rd party. They could never settle on the numbers we were attempting to propose to them. Instead requested we went immediately to install Wireless Access Points for this company, in turn, taking a very long time to process paying us and cancelling the initial bid request. Which is fine, except we were short paid by almost $300.00 and had to wait for months to get paid without receiving any contact from the company on when we can expect payment.
