Isn't there a minus five stars available grade for service or character? This person has changed his business name more often than his underwear. Why? Because it's his modus operandi to ACTUALLY KNOCK on your door and ask for money once he starts a job for you. He took the money and never finished anything in the end. He promised a refund to the tune of a few thousand for faulty material that he ordered with the customer's money and took the refund to his own account and never returned it to the customer.
He has promised to start jobs takes money for 'materials' and disappears for months. Then gives you the sweet talk charm and feigns to start again ... Etc etc. This guy is a straight out crook who doesn't care about anybody but himself.
I'm posting a picture of him case he's changed his name. His contracts aren't worth the paper they're written on. Don't ever hire this thief. A law suit is pending initiation.
Hired this contractor under a different business name currently is using Calibre Construction out of Goffstown NH his office has been closed no sign of Felipe Olinger anywhere. I do know the AG's office has many complaints about him personally and under Inspire Build Design.
Hired Felipe Olinger in Nobember 2016 to do minor remodel in a home, install cabinets counter tops and paint all of which I paid for and purchased and delivered to my home. Felipe required 50% deposit to being work. Told me he ould have 12 of his employees on siter to complete my job in 2 weeks.
During this time he showed up once. He hired a painter off of craigs list to do the painting. Broke my doors during removal of moldings so therefore I needed new doors he wanted another deposit for the doors. He said he had another customer that was having floors done so he could do mine real cheap and wanted another deposit.
He talks a good game, has done this to other people he even has the Salem police department on his side. This crook stole 5,000.00 from me in services and materials. We are in small claims court now.
In the same boat. A 2month job has now been 9months and 25% of work done. Took money, spent elsewhere not on what I thought I was paying for. Caused even more damage to my house. Hard lesson learned.
Felipe Olinger should be in JAIL for the amount of money he has stolen from multiple people under several business names and yet he keeps getting a new company name The State of New Hampshire needs to STOP this man from doing any work in New Hampshire or any other state. Contact the State of New Hampshire and file complaints to get this fraud stopped.y
