Order placed Jan 26, 2018 for 1,000 9mm and 500 .223 -
Feb. 2, 2018 notified them that 833 of the .223 was shipped. An extra 333 that were not ordered.
Feb 5, 2018 was told that they would credit me for the shipping cost because I was honest and they would have the rounds picked up.
February 7, 2018 ordered and paid for 3,000 rounds of 9mm range ammunition.
Feb. 13, 2018 - Received only 2,000 rounds. When contacted they said that they would credit me for the other 1,000 rounds.
Feb. 15 - they said that I could keep the extra 388 rounds of .223
March 4 - they sent that an refund was being issued for the 1,000 9mm still missing.
March 14 - called my credit card company and told them the situation. They are crediting me for amount for lthe 1,000 rounds and will follow up with the company.
March 15 - get an email with a mailing label attached asking me to send back the ammunition that was shipped by mistake. Still no refund
These guys can not be trusted to do what they say or to follow through with what they promise!
Also, the range grade ammunition was supposed to be once used brass, and many of them are dented and not uniform in shape. I will never use this company again and do not recommend dealing with them.
I ordered 5000 rounds 9mm 115 Grain TPMJ Bonded Lead Core RN. Order arrived and packaged in thick cardboard boxes. The product is unuseable, inconsistant quality. 50% would not chamber, some got stuck in the magazine, they were very inconsistant with powder, they would stovepipe, very smokey, I shot 150 rounds and found the dimension differences. Company will not respond to emails or calls. If you try to call the message tells you to email them which they do not respond to. On the website it states: All FedArm branded ammunition has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. FedArm holds its brand highly and will ensure you are a satisfied customer.
But they will not return emails. Phone call tells you to send email.
I ordered 15,000 rounds of 40sw ammo. 15-19% of rounds are un- able to be chambered as they are out of dimnesion have many rounds with defective or complatelty missing primers. Company will not respond to emails or calls. If you try to call the message tells you to email them which they do not respond to. HORRIBLE Quality control and customer service. 2 Glocks damaged per Glock factory in Georgia. Over $300 in 2 barrels damaged & GlockFactory said file claim with ammo manufacturer. Only runaround & hot air.
