Was excited to discover Faucetsuperdeal.com and the beautiful faucets. Ordered a brass faucet, installed it, but the faucet did not pass the township's plumbing inspection due to lead concerns. I contacted the company via email, (you will notice that no telephone number is given in the contacts) and was told that there was no lead in their faucets, but they could not give me any kind of certification. I learned that nearly all certified faucets should have The International Association of Plumbing & Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) approval. The price may look good, but since I had to purchase a new faucet, remove the faucetsuperdeal faucet and install the new certified faucet, my total cost was more than $600. When I contacted the company to discuss a refund, they no longer responded. The company is located in China. So buyer BEWARE!!! If you have a project that will require inspection or if you have concerns about lead in your drinking water, do not purchase from Faucetsuperdeal!!!!<br><br>"

We paid with PayPal but never got a confirmation number or confirmation email.
there is no customer service phone number to call.
i sent an email to their support mailbox but seriously doubt we will ever get contacted.
now looking into blocking payment....
