I ordered a few items from Fasttech.ca and because the company never answers their phone, the package was on its way and was simply unable to cancel. When the items finally arrived a few weeks later, I attempted to return the items for a refund (1 of the 2 items were broken) but their staff never picked up the package I sent to them after they had promised to do so and I had to resort to going through Mastercard to get my money back six weeks later. Please learn from my mistake and buy elsewhere!

On June 15th 2018 I took my broken PS3 to an electronics repair place in whitby which after telling me via email and on the phone that they did the work, refused to do so after I arrived in person but instead sent me to fasttech.ca out in mississauga nearly 90 miles from where I live. After waiting more than 2 hours for the repair I got home later that night and discover the repair wasn't done so I had to go back which I did on June 20th, 90 miles each way and another whole day wasted and the repair still wasnot done. So I immediately emailed and got a confirmation back for an appointment on June 29th, a saturday during the companies posted business hours and was assured it would be done. I even called the day before and he never answered the call so I left a message reminding him (Shehroz Kaiser / Akeem among many aliases he uses).
that I'd be there but he never called back. I arrived that saturday at 11:35am a full 95 minutes after his own posted opening time to be greeted by a locked door and a scribbled note stating "stepped out, back soon, 647-289-9135". During the 3 hours I was left waiting in the hallway I called his cell phone # posted on the note twice and it went direct to voice mail both times and I left messages both times. He never attempted to call back, and now over 3 months later still hasn't called to apologize or make amends. In fact he had no intention of showing up and doing the work he was paid to do. On top of that he's been sending abusive threatening message to my cell phone and any review site where I'd reported his criminal activities.
I initiated a chargeback with VISA which was successful in august for the full amount of $96.05 he charged for the repair. Within 2 weeks he was back to stalking, threatenening me, and harassing online but never once made any attempt to call me even though he has my phone number which he used to send threats against me. In fact I've made no attempts to do anything else in the matter after posting reveiews after I realized he'd ripped me off and had no intention of doing the work, indeed he'd faked it both occasions I went there using an electronics refrigerant spray to mask the massive overheating problems my equipment suffered which is why it failed again by the time I'd got home. Not only that he'd stolen numberous parts, fasteners, cables and even the controller board from the blu-ray drive in my system to use in other repairs which all too likely he also faked or just never did. I did open up the system afterwards to inspect it to see if he'd actually done anything but all he had done is steal many parts and spray a coolant in there to fake it long enough to get me out the door thinking I wouldn't say anything since I live 90 miles away.
I've since learned from looking up reviews of this scummy con man is that he's got a long history of this kind of fraud going back a decade, reviews on cylex. yelp, better business bureau and other sites of doing the same thing. Theres even allegations of his sexual harassment and rape threats he's made on his facebook page (fasttech) along with him openly abusing anyone who dares speak out about his skullduggery, not just myself either. I can also provide screenshots and emails of my involvment to prove what I say is true. I can also prove that all of his lies against me are just that, flagrant lies of which he's told many about me which includes threatening his staff and screaming racist insults against his staff which is false. I've never met his "staff" because they don't exist, never have. Nor can he prove any of his unfounded accusations against me as it never happened.
