These scum represented themselves as HP tech help. Printer issues. Wanted control of my computer. Stupidly permited it but checked them out while they were "working". Found scam info and disconected. I am not receiving threatening and obscene phone messages. Very classy. Any suggestions on "pay back"?
Fastsupport from UNKNOWN CALLER number contacted me about refunding $450 for a vague reason. Suggested they had something to do with Best Buy's GEEK SQUAD. Wanted access to my computer and when I refused to ask me to go out and buy $450 worth of gift cards and give them the numbers so they could add to them the same amount? Ask them why I couldn't just walk into a best buy and deal with this, and they beat around the bush with lame excuses. When I got angry and cursed him out, he got all 'sensitive' Bottom line DON"T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY!!!
