I purchased 55 polo shirts that were to be custom embroidered by Fastees. I paid in full ($892) via credit card on 9/30/2014 in order to receive a discount. The order was placed and paid in full on September 30, 2014. A promise date of October 17, 2014 was provided by the owner, Kevin Ford. No polo shirts were ever received. I requested a full refund since he failed to fulfill the order. He kept putting off the promise date and then he finally said the order would not be fulfilled. He finally informed me that he suddenly moved the business to a new location, but would not provide an address. At this point, he had all my money and promised a full refund.
To this day, Fastees still owes me $392.00. Calls to him result in him yelling at me instructing me that I have two choices, "Either be patient until I can pay you back or sue me, which will take months to get your money.
Conversations with Kevin involved him yelling at me! All emails get no response. The last payment was made back on April 8, 2015. No communication from him since.
This company up and moved out of the Morgantown area, with no forwarding address or any address known currently. However, Kevin Ford is still running the online website for this company and accepting orders at www.fastees.com!
I just want to let others know not to place any orders with company. Fastees still owes me $392.00. I wish for a full refund immediately.
