So, I cancelled the order about 4 hours later, and they told me my paypal refund would be here 5 business days, and that was about 7 business days ago. Still waiting for my refund. They respond to emails saying they will have accounts contact me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.
I use to order through their old site all the time, so I decided to order off this fast escrow refills site (used to be escrow refills), and first then send me only the medication but not the $120 kit which is needed in order to store and make up the medication. Its been a month now of run around and their customer service department telling me 24-48 hours then when i contact again saying the same thing. I finally asked for a refund, and as soon as i did they said oh we shipped it wait 24-48 hours to receive tracking number. The send me a tracking number that has shown for 7 days no movement It just shows they opened a ticket for it. Contact again and they say oh give 24-48 hours that it is moving, my reply of course is no its not I have been tracking it and you haven't even put it in the mail yet. At this point i am very upset because not only do I have to contact them multiple times when I am at work, they scammed for $120 that at this point I will never see again. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!! Who ever took it over are liars and you will never receive what you ordered and loss your money in the process. Now I have to contact BBB and my bank, as well as my family members who wish to sue this site for fraud. I am a veteran and hard working person who can't just throw money down the drain on a whim. I truly feel like they feel that we are sliver spoon rich people over here with a pile of disposable money and can afford to loose money for products we never receive. If that was true why would i be purchasing on a discount site? NEVER AGAIN!!!
I have used Fast Escrow Refills for 2 years to get my regular medications. I'm surprised at all these negative reviews. Even when customs seized one of my orders, FER resent my order immediately. I have also used the bank draft option with no issues.
I placed an order on 9/20/17 for items for which I have prescriptions, but I have no insurance so it was cheaper to order online. I've done this before with other online pharmacies and had no trouble whatsoever. My payment was drafted from my bank account within minutes of my placing the order. I kept checking on the order every few days and it always said "processing". I sent several emails asking about the status and got no reply. Finally, on 10/4/17, I got in touch with "James" via chat. He apologized and said he would advise his manager of the situation, but that their financial institution was indicating that the payment hadn't been received.
I offered to send proof of payment from my own bank and he declined my offer saying that it was probably just a mix up and that his manager would look into it and he would also stay on top of it. I was promised that I would receive an email response from his "admin" within 24-48 hrs. Here we are two days later and I still haven't heard from anyone. I chatted with James again yesterday and told him that I would be filing fraud charges with my bank if I didn't hear something today. My order is now showing "in transit", but when you try to track it it says it can't be tracked right now, which means they've only printed a shipping label and nothing has really been shipped.
THEY ARE THIEVES!!!! They will not refund money for product that was never sent. Keep getting the same answer that they are just now sending the refund and that it has something to do with their Bank not them themselves... I have been waiting since the first week of February 2017 for a refund of only $36 was told to call back numerous of times got the same answer each time. Last time was told to call back in 5 days and that they promised to send it through PayPal. I called back in 15 days instead and was told that they don't have a PayPal account anymore and that they have to do a bank transfer, which is what they've been telling me they would have done this whole time already! The only person you will talk to calling their customer service and number is an Indian a****** named "Jack' LOL He is a LIAR! Don't waste your time with this company!
