I ordered over $100 in items, all were very very poor quality, not sized as described. I have been trying to reach the company to return the item, and I have tried to call a number of times, no response, I tried to email and no response. They obviously they don't care

The most important issues is the quality of the items and not being able to return them.

They shipped more items than I had ordered and I got billed for them all.

They have a 30 day return policy so maybe there are just trying to drag it out so they can say it wasn't returned in time.

I will never order from them again and neither should anyone else!!

If you don't believe that this review can apply to you...think again. When ANY business habitually mistreats people, then it's only a matter of time before they get to you.

Ongoing mistreatment is a form of abuse towards interconnected souls---regardless of whether it's towards children, adults, or even the elderly---and continually IGNORING PEOPLE (to include customers) is a form of EMOTIONAL ABUSE.

I'm NOT the first person FashionMia has continually ignored and mistreated, and I guarantee you, I won't be the last. Unfortunately, I read many similar, negative reviews AFTER I placed my order.

I placed my order in March, and now it's almost June, and I've only received 2 out of 13 of the items I ordered (almost $90).

I've emailed them several times, but they IGNORE the details of my messages, and just reply with insincere statements like, "We will send it later" or "Please be patient."

How much more patient is a customer supposed to be? There are plenty of international businesses out there that deliver in a reasonable amount of time.

FashionMia is beyond UNreasonable, and they're basically insulting;THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, but when it comes to delivering, they're nothing but empty promises AND the avoidance game.

If FashionMia can't handle keeping their word, then they don't need to be running a business PERIOD.

I've asked (and even demanded) for a refund FOUR times, but once again, FashionMia IGNORED my messages.

It's completely understandable to get excited about low prices, discounts and sales; but at what price? Is it truly worth having companies like FashionMia continually disrespect and mistreat interconnected souls? Of course not.

I'd much rather love myself unconditionally---which includes respecting self---shop elsewhere, pay extra, have great quality clothes or other products, and receive great customer service that MANY companies out there are willing to give.

Life lesson learned:

When we habitually think and live with a poor person's mentality (aka poverty consciousness), then we will always be poor, always looking for the cheapest things, and/or barely making ends meet with a MEGA LOAD of debt.

AND, we will only attract to us LIKE ENERGIES (due to Law of Attraction), like people with poor character, poor quality products, and poor treatment.

However COMMA when we develop a habit of thinking and living with an abundant person's mentality (aka PROSPERITY Consciousness)---especially accepting, embracing, and even deeply loving more and more aspects of ourselves (which helps us to fully do so for others)---then we will attract to us LIKE ENERGIES/various forms of abundance, such as: more money (even financial freedom), authentic people with character, good quality products, and respectful and kind treatment.

I realized that I deserve much better than companies like FashionMia, and I will never purchase from them again.

I wish for my interconnected soul brothers and sisters to also realize their Divine self-worth---a soul’s birthright/gift from the I AM / aka I (God) AM (Goddess) PRESENCE/ultimately, the Holy Spirit/Source/Prime Creator/Creator of All Creation/Crop Circle 6666/DIVINE ANCIENT MOTHER GODDESS.

Also, the dress---Round Neck Lotus Printed Pocket Shift Dress---that actually came in (only 2 of 13 products), didn't really look like the picture, and the quality was poor for almost $29.

Since FashionMia has a tendency to take action ONLY after they notice a negative review on major sites (such as this one), not only did I reply to their useless email, but I'm also sharing the following info:

SO TIRED OF THE SAME OLD, SAD-@$$ EXCUSES, TO INCLUDE (their most recent email):

- "Since it is an international shipping from Hongkong, It will need 10-20 working days more for shipping on delivery. Please wait patiently and hope you receive it early." [WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! ONCE AGAIN, I ORDERED AND PAID IN MARCH, AND NOW IT'S ALMOST JUNE. THERE IS NO MORE PATIENCE.]

- "The two items in your order have been cancelled as your will" [BECAUSE YOU STILL HADN'T SHIPPED IT OUT EVEN THOUGH IT'S ALMOST JUNE, AND I PAID FOR IT IN MARCH!! AND WHY ONLY CANCEL 2 ITEMS WHEN I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND FOUR TIMES?]

- "___ is a hot seller, it takes a longer time than usual to process." [SO WHY NOT BE HONEST, AND ACTUALLY INFORM CUSTOMERS ON THE WEBSITE THAT THIS ITEM TAKES LONGER?! OR EVEN INFORM ME WEEKS OR A MONTH LATER, NOT NOW!]

- "If you are willing to wait, we will ship it out in first priority once it is ready later" [LATER WHEN?! SIX MONTHS TO A YEAR FROM NOW?].

- "And we would like to give you a cash coupon $4 for your next purchase" [#1) WHY WOULD I WANT A FREAKIN, MEASLY $4 CASH COUPON? AND #2 ) WHY WOULD I (OR ANYONE ELSE IN THEIR RIGHT MIND) WANT TO SHOP FROM YOUR INCOMPETENT COMPANY AGAIN?]

- "If you need it urgently, we suggest that you could choose another item to replace. If you like this option, please give me product link and color,size. I can replace for you." [URGENTLY?! SO WHEN A CUSTOMER WANTS TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER IN ALMOST JUNE (THAT THEY PAID FOR IN MARCH), THAT'S NEEDING IT URGENTLY?!

WOW, YOU GUYS ARE UNBELIEVABLE. I HAVE A VERY STRONG FEELING THAT FASHIONMIA WILL GO SPIRALING DOWN LIKE A RAGING WHIRLPOOL.

AND DON'T EVEN THINK THAT CHANGING YOUR COMPANY NAME, OR ANY OTHER CLEVER METHODS, WILL SAVE YOU FROM THE DOWNFALL THAT YOU BROUGHT UPON YOURSELVES. I'M DONE WITH YOU.]

Fashion Mia is a horrible clothing site. They seem to picture their clothing beautifully, but the quality of the fabric and the cut and fit is disgusting once you receive it. Cheap fabric like those you would buy for halloween costume from a seasonal store. Net like fabric and bad tailoring. Light weight cheap stuff. The prices are not exorbitant but certainly if that is the draw to attract crowds to buy clothing then the product is very in line with the cheap price too. You get what you pay for. Sometime you could in fact get more out of a good department store when they have sales than waste money in this place and throw hundreds of $$ on crap clothes. Couldn't wear anything I ordered. Just gave it off to my kids to play with during dress up play time. Will never oreder from here again.

I ordered 5 dresses from Fashionmia. I received 2, that were too small. When I inquired about the other 3, I was told they were not in stock. I sent to 2 dresses back, and asked for a full refund of $130.92 for all 5 dresses. I was told it would take 10-15 days.

It has been over 6 weeks, and I have not received anything. I have emailed numerous times, only to get a different excuse each time of why it is taking so long. I was even told asked if I wanted a Target gift card instead.

I have seen MANY experiences of others just like mine online, people who are frustrated and want their refunds. I wish I had seen them before I ordered :( This company has stolen money from me and countless others, and needs to be held accountable.

I am so tired of the run around with this company and upset that they have scammed and refused to give refunds to so many people.

Fashionmia claimed to be adults fashion company. They are U S company But when they send goods you ordered and paid for, you will be surprised to see that they're not good at all. They sent like children clothes that the materials are very inferior to the pictures. Can't describe the items. If you send their goods back, they will refuse to pay you back for the goods or postage. They failed to pay into your bank account or PayPal They're scam and rip-off.

I sent this: Dear Fashionmia Customer Service, Thank you for the reply. I have just paid for expedited shipping and handling for the return of the 5 items I purchased 01/3/2017 via USPS. My dissatisfaction with the following items are listed as follows: 1. delayed delivery of 3 weeks 2. poor quality of clothing 3. wrong size and color of clothing Thank you, but an acceptable offer would not only consist of a $25.00 store coupon, but also shipping and handling waived on my next order. This is a much more sensible offer seeing as Fashionmia caused me economic loss, and placed me in an inconvenient circumstance. I will be expecting a full refund of $80.97 to my Debit MasterCard. The order list of the product IDs were placed in the shipment as requested. USPS Priority Mail Tracking Number: (provided in email) Expected Delivery Date: Wednesday 02/1/2017 Sincerely, And they told me they would process my refund immediately when they get the package. But then they changed their mind and send this: Hello, Thank you for your information. Once we track the returning package which arrives in China or we receive your returning package, we will deal with your refund. We will refund you just the price of the products. Any need, please feel free to contact us. I responded with: Hello Bella & Zara, This is unacceptable. You have already received my package since last week Wednesday respectfully as requested. Please refund my purchase immediately! If you prolong my refund due to your poor service, then I refuse to purchase any of your products in future and you will lose business from me as a customer, and I will let other customers know of this poor experience. And then they replied to tell me they gave me a refund to the fashionmia store credit. Which is exactly what I didn't agree to. They're dragging their feet about refunding me back my money to my Debit Card after this entire process was their fault! I even had to pay shipping and handling for their error in size charts and wrong clothing!

This online store is a complete scam!! The positive reviews that are shown online are from the company itself to impose a more consumer-friendly storefront. However, the actual consumer reviews should be enough to discredit the company entirely. Unfortunately for me, I failed to read these reviews before falling for the "too good to be real" gimmicks. I placed a large order back in early March, 2016 and today, June 13, I am still waiting for either shipment or refund. If we as consumers owed money to FashionMia, we would have been sued for payment if we tried to pull this garbage. I have come to the decision that China is using this website to get back a portion of the national debt that the USA owes to them. DO NOT FALL FOR THE FASHIONMIA LIES AND DECEPTION. PLEASE BE SMARTER THAN I WAS; READ THE REVIEWS!!

Don't do Business with this Unethical Company! I placed an order online on the 14th of January. I was expecting the total for the order to be $13 and some change. As soon as I placed the order, I noticed they took $47.61 and when I looked at the order details, I saw that there was a coat that I didn't even order.

I immediately filed a dispute,within 3 minutes of placing the order. They responded and I believed they were going to cancel the order. They sent me several communications, each time I told them, without any doubt that I wanted my order canceled and I will never do business with them again because they are unethical and I didn't agree with this coat being added to my order without my permission.

Right up until the end of last week, I was under the understanding, from the email messages, the the order was going to be canceled and then at the end of last week, I got an email apologizing but they already sent out my order and they can't cancel it. They said I could refuse the order and then it would bge sent back. Guess what, they lied to me again. The order was sent without requiring my signature, so the order was stuffed into my mailbox, with no way to refuse the order.

Now, I find out that I have to pay the shipping to send the bad order back to them in China and I have to pay all the shipping fees, which is going to cost me a lot for an order I told them to cancel within 3 minutes of placing it. Not going to happen. I have filed a dispute with my bank and I am going on every website I can to let everyone know not to do business with this unethical company.

And to boot, the quality of clothes that were sent to me were the poorest quality I have ever seen. There was a coat in a women's XL and a Hoodie, both of them you could see right through the fabric and they were a children's size XL, not an adult size. I will never do business with this company again and I hope you are smart enough to not do business with them also.
