FRAUD SCAM

I WAS SCAMED BY THIS COMPANY" DEFIEBUY"FOR THE SAME REASONS AS OTHERS TO THE TUNE OF $6.99 FOR AN OMAX WATCH AND A NECKLESS. THE NECKLESS DIDN'T ARRIVE WITH THE REQUEST SO I CALLED THE COMPANY @ 1-877-493-7077 AND EXPLAINED IT WAS THE WRONG WATCH AND THERE WAS NO NECKLESS. I OFFERED TO RETURN THE WATCH AND A LADY SAID TO KEEP IT AND SHE WOULD SEND THE WATCH I HAD ORDERED. WHEN THE ORDER CAME THE WATCH THEY SENT WAS THE WRONG ONE AGAIN AND WITH IT WAS A SMALL HEART NECKLESS. THEN I GOT MY BANK STATEMENT AND SEEN A CHARGE FROM A DIFFERANT COMPANY "SHOPPING IN PROGRESS" IN THE AMOUNT OF $99.49 . I PHONED THE COMPANY @ 1-877-493-7077 SPOKE WITH A WOMAN "LISA" WHO WOULDN'T GIVE ME HER LAST NAME AND REFUSED TO REFUND ANY MONEY. I STATED TO THIS PERSON THAT I WILL CONTACT MY BANK FOR FURTHER INVESTIGATION AND PURSUE THIS MATTER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW. LISA STATED SHE WOULD TAKE ME OFF HER LIST AND SEND ME ANOTHER GIFT AND I SUGGESTED NOT TOO.

Watch

I was like everyone else I took the short survey from Amazon and was supposed to get a watch for $6.99 for shipping and handling with a 14 day trial use. I ordered it on the 13th of Jan. received it on Jan . 19th opened the up the vanilla envelope and pulled out a small box about six inches by three inches slid the box open here was a ridiculous looking watch nothing close to the one I had ordered. Looked like it was only worth about $15.00 dollars. Had leather strap to it just the basic face with the numbers and second hand nothing fancy. I didn't even bother to put it on just left it in the box. It got to be fun when I called the customer service in Boca Raton number 877-878-7722 I was put on hold for forty minutes and no exaggeration. I talked with a woman by the name of Sarah. Told her I didn't want the watch. She offered to exchange it for another one told her no she was very obnoxious the whole time. She said would you take a 49% off the price I asked her what that would bring the price down to she said about 50 Bucks her words not mine all the time very nasty attitude. So finally she asked if I had a pencil and paper handy to write this number down so she gave me a letter and my order number and she said I would get a cancel notice in my e mail which I did get. I still have the watch and it is crap. She was really rude I didn't get her last name but I have learned a lesson. I may still go to the bank and make sure the money isn't taken out of my account. This company is definitely a scam. And Sarah was rude and obnoxious all the time I was talking with her .

My mom bought a watch for her boyfriend. She is on a fixed income and can barely afford that. After buying the watch they offered her survey and at the end of the survey a free gift with only $6.99 shipping. When she was done Somehow the company says by doing so she gave them permission to take out $99.98 per month from then on and less she cancels with absolutely no warning. When we called the company after finding out she was being charged they refused to refund the money.

My husband was scammed out of $600:00 because he thought Walgreens was offering a free gift to me and he only had to pay shipping and handling. Then they send wrong watch , then woman's then another mans watch all including cheap childlike necklaces. We have all of it they can have it back , never used only want our $600:00 back.

35% Refund is all you'll get if your persistant!

If you demand a refund and they tell you no, keep telling them you want a refund. Ask for a supervisor, I finally got a 35% refund which is not what I wanted but it beats being out of the full $99.89 - so basically I'll get back $34.96. They tried to give me more merchandise, I didn't want more, I wanted my money. I cant afford this at anytime. I don't have a lot of money and this charge really hurt me. I told "Howard" that my bank is looking into this charge and that's when he put me on hold and came back and told me that he could refund 35%! I should have held out for more, but I'm at work and since no one was here I called them. I am still having my bank look into this company. I also the watch I did receive was crap, you can get better ones in Walmart! This taught me a valuable lesson never again!

Ladies watch ( monthly) BS

Same story. I paid 6.99 forshipping and handling for a free watch. I received the watch and it is very bad quality. It had a nice appearance but soon started turning my wrist green. I got rid of it. Every month after that purchase I would receive another crappy watch. I didn't understand why. I didn't want any more watches. At the same time the charge for $99.89 began to appear on my bank account. I called for a refund and was told I would not get one. They said they would cancel my subscription and that they would send no more watches but that because of their return policy I would not get a refund. In total they withdrew $399.56 from my account all for a few worthless watches.

Scam of all scams

I also got hooked to the tune of a couple hundred bucks. As everyone else has found out there is no refund. I think I will take a different course and see about a class action law suit and turn it all into the FBI scam squad. There seems to be enough of us to make a class action suit viable.

If there is interest contact me at [email protected]. I will check with the District attorney today.3

*Fashion Life 2017 Bright Shopping for you Fashion Life 2017 and their sister company Bright Shopping for you is a total scam. I filled out a survey and they send you a small, cheap gift. Either sunglasses, a watch or a handbag. I chose a handbag and it was probably worth about 10.00. I agreed to their terms and conditions but did not read the small print. It states that by accepting their gift you are now enrolled in their shipment of the month. Unbelieveably, THEY CHOOSE WHAT TO SEND YOU. I called to return another cheap purse, but they do not accept returns. The charge was $99.00. I had not received my credit card bill yet, so when the agent said just keep it, I thought that was very odd. The next month I received another sparkly bad that was very trashy, but was charged $99.00. Never did an agent say I was on an auto shipment program of their choice. I called my credit card company and they said the BBB was watching this company, but since they disclose (in small print) you are subscribing to their program there is really nothing to do about it. Have you ever heard of a company that will not take returns. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY!*

Dishonest Company

I requested one item, and received a deluge if junk watches and cheap jewelry, that I had not ordered. it appears that in requesting one item, they sign you up for a junk of the month shipment.

Do not get involved with this company!

A SCAM by any other name..

I am pleased to see others getting scammed (misery likes company ) - Why isn't something done with the shady co. ? I am so highly hacked off that my blood pressure is high!! I got the same complaints as the others. Scammed w taking a survey...free watch for s/h...and I kept getting more watches ( total of 4 = $99.00). Called co....1st someone in Long Beach and the 2nd call answered in Boco Raton... with the same response. I was already charged, no refund even if sent back. Asked to speak with supervisor @ both locations and got the runaround. No solution!!!!!! I DON'T NEED MORE THAT THE WATCH I WEAR ...AND that one only cost me $40 @ Walmart. .

Watch Scam

A woman's watch was offered for shipping only for $6.99. I was billed and received a man's watch. I told them I ordered a woman's. They sent me a woman's watch and a few weeks later, another watch which I did not order. I just happened to review my credit card statement and realized they have charged me $99.89 three times. (I should have looked at my statement instead of just paying the balance which did not seem unreasonable at the time). When I called, I was told I could select another watch or necklace but could not get my money back. I'm hoping my bank--whose credit card I used will be able to help me. How can these known scammers stay in business?????

I was ordering a "free" watch given for completion of a survey. The page then showed "love" necklace I could order for shiping ans handling charges only. I did not check the box to order the necklace. The next screen showed shipping and handling charges for both the watch and the necklace on my credit card.

I could not return to the previous page to try and correct. Order Receipt shows 2 S & H charges. $5.95 is fraudulent.

Scam

I ordered a watch for 2.99. However, I kept getting item in the mail which was very confusing since I had not ordered and

I had not ordered anything else. Now, I owe $90.69.

After answering a lengthy questionnaire about various products, I was invited to a "free handbag," for which I had to pay $6.99 shipping+handling. I filled out the mailing information and my credit card number. I never was billed the $6.99, nor did I receive the purse. Instead, I was charged $99.89. When I called the company to inquire why I was being billed, I was told I had bought their "service" (for what, I'll never know) and that the purse was a promotional. They also said that I had been fully informed on their "page" that I would be billed, which I was not; there was no "page" from which I could be informed! There was absolutely no disclosure! Then, I was told I could stop the "service" and receive a 35% refund. This is a scam! I was defrauded!
