I signed up, and paid an exorbitantly high rate specifically for one month only. There are many options including 3 months and 6 months. The next month they hit my debit card. I have put in 3 requests for refunds and they will not respond to my emails; I just get an automated response that they will get back to me.

That was over a month ago. Very unprofessional, very rude and borders on Fraud. I did not go on to their site during that second month as I determined I was not interested in pursuing the use of FarmersOnly. BEWARE!

6-10-17 @7pm joined site due to 7 day free trial. Immediately I was inundated with unacceptable applicants from all over the US...even outside of what I noted on my preference list. 6-11-17 @11 am I cancelled the complete membership because they charged me before the trial period completed and that I was completely unsatisfied with their service. The never responded. This charge caused insufficient charges at bank. They then voided any transactions from them from my phone! They then BLOCKED me entirely from the monthly membership that I was forced to and unapproved by me to pay. THEFT AND FRAUD. Please anyone..a class action lawsuit needs to be done!

This site is nothing like they advertise. you must pay to have any contact with other members. so you don't know how much of a scam it is until you pay. the people on there are not country/farmer people. i deleted my profile within hours of paying and have been trying to get a refund. all i get is an email from customet service with the same scripted answer. this site is the most disgusting example of fraud that i have ever experienced.

Illegal immigrants are using this site to try to marry USA citizens so they can become a citizen!! Ghana was a lady lived, and was using the site to find an American Husband!! The site should have safe guards that protect its users from this!! Also, the website will bait and switch to keep you paying more to get the answers you want to questions you have!! It's a rip off, and the same people who were looking for a mate when I began, are still looking for one 60-90 days later!!

Farmers only.com scamed me out of 21.95 to meet singles used a prepaid Visa card and account was denied access. Don't bother with support they aren't real either. Waiting for days to get this matter resolved. This is clearly a scam on the people of the USA.

I'm not sure how these people can be in business. They took my money and didn't give service. I paid for a month's worth of premium gold service with text, the best they are supposed to offer, and it lasted less than a week. I couldn't get on. I kept trying to get ahold of tech support and got canned emails saying they would contact me within 2 business days. Finally last night, 6 days short of renewing date, I was let back in but the membership turned to standard (I can't read emails nor get text messages). And it said my membership had expired.

These people are what internet experts warn us against. Avoid them because they aren't very honest.

I foolishly paid $40 to access Farmersonly.com about 3 months ago. The "matches" were absolutely ridiculous (some as much as 30 years outside of my requested age range). I expected to recieve some notification when it was time to renew my membership, at which time I planned to cancel my account.

While checking my bank account recently, I noticed that I had been automatically charged for another 3 months. I panicked and deleted my account, then promptly recovered it so I could contact "help". My account was completely recovered until I contacted help and they told me to update my subscription to no longer allow auto payments.

After doing this, my membership was demoted to "standard", which basically means I can look at some pictures.

I tried to contact help for further instructions and was told to delete the farmersonly cookies and restart my browser. (Please contact them immediately if I still have trouble after this.)

Well, I still had trouble. Once again, I reached out to the help desk. I was told, rather rudely, that I was told "specifically and clearly" (he mentioned that several times) that if I deleted my account, I would forfeit my remaining time. Why would they tell me to contact them immediately if all they were going to say was, basically Tough Luck.

I didn't want a refund as I realize I may have been told at some point that my account would be automatically charged each month (with absolutely no notification). I simply wanted to continue to use what I had been charged for until such time that I could cancel my account.

I feel they handled this terribly and I will be spreading the word that this site is a rip off.

I had paid for the premium service for a friend who was not internet savy. He'd just lost his wife and was lonesome. He found a girlfriend on this site, so I cancelled the service last month.

Lo and behold, I was charged again this month. When I complained and asked for a refund, someone named "Jack" sent me a rather nasty e-mail stating to the effect that since Ronnie (my friend) had used the service this month, I was out of luck and out of money.

These people are really sleezy. I'll bet they charge everyone one more month after a cancellation. Also, customer service is almost non-existent. I'm pretty upset about this, but apparently there's nothing I can do. I'd paid with paypal; wish I'd used my credit card, then I could reverse it. Oh well.

I would not recommend that anyone use this fraudulent site.
