I have been waiting to long and the are right give me the run around this hold time. I email they and fact that the only way to communicate with this company i'm at this very point trying to get a refund for my merchandise that i'm trying to purchase

Do not buy from this company

Sent me the wrong sized jersey then told me just keep it or buy another from them with 10% discount these people are crooks do not buy from them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

I purchased two NFL jerseys that were supposed to be L and XL. Both were way too small and were in fact, the exact same size. The workmanship was very shoddy as well. When I inquired about exchanging them I received an email stating that I should send or sell them to someone else. They do not care about their customers so it is best to stay away from this company. Many other companies I have purchased from in the past have much better quality merchandise and they all fit.

Can’t get tracking information or my item

This site is the worst there is. I’ve been waiting for tracking information for a month. They gave me it after two weeks from my order and it was wrong tracking info. And it’s been about a month and a half. Still no tracking info or Jersey. Wasted $80 right here

Baseball jersey for my grandson

I was worried when I saw all the bad reviews. My experience was fine. It took 10 days to get the jersey, but it came the day the tracking site said it would. The jersey is not quite the top quality you might get somewhere else, but for the price my grandson is thrilled. Since my grandson will outgrow it in a couple of years anyway, it worked out fine for me.

Wrong jersey received

They sent me the wrong jersey. They told me This:

Hi,

OK,as the problem we have three choices for you.

1)You can return the item to us and pay for the international shipping fee. We will refund you after we receive the item you returned to us.

2)You can keep the item and we can give you 10% of your payment for compensation.

3)Keep the item and pay 85% of your total payment by Western Union, after we check the payment, we will send another new item to you .Thanks.

I told them send me the right one or i will leave appropriate feedback.

Truly wished i had read the reviews about fanzoutlet before i placed my order. I ordered 3 items all size 2x in nov. 2018 for my husband for xmas, all 3 did arrive. However 1 of the jerseys fits more like a mens large and not a 2x & i asked to return the item for a refund. After many emails i sent their customer service i finally received a response that was worded as follows "i am sorry for the troubles. As the question you asked, after discussion we have this idea: keep the item and add 90% of your total payment to our western union first, after we check the payment, we will send another new item to you. Thanks" what kind of business words an email like this, let alone suggests i buy another jersey for 10% off, now i have paid for 2 items i dont want. This company is a

Worse Company Ever

I ordered a Golden State warriors shirt from the exact company. I received the shirt a month and half later after I ordered it. The shirt was the incorrect size and the design was off. They told me the same things she stated above and wouldn't refund my money. Please never order with them. I wish it was a way I could get then off any website.

I ordered an NFL jersey for my son. We received it but it was too big. When I attempted to find the website to ask how to exchange it I couldn't find the website I ordered it from. I looked up the email from their communications with me for shipping & they continuously tried to get me to accept the jersey that didn't fit & pay them an additional 90% for a new one that they said I needed to wire the money to an acct. I reiterated that it didn't fit so was no good to us & wanted to send it back. They replied on numerous times " the return shipping fee is very high since international and it will take very long time. So it's not a good choice for you to return it." They refused to provide me with return info & told me to wire them 90% of a new one. This is the exact email they sent me:

Keep the item and add 90% of your total payment to our Western Union first, after we check the payment, we will send another new item to you .Thanks. Receiver's name for Western Union payment method:

I told them I will not wire money to someone I do not know & wouldn't know how to wire money to someone anyway even though I wasn't going to do this. 1. go to westernunion.com to create your account or go to the near western union store.

2. send money to our Western Union account:

You just choose " Cash to an agent location" and in US dollars.

After you send the money, pls call Western Union to validate it and send me the MTCN# so that i can check for you.
