This company is operated by people who are not professional. The administrator Re'chelle Brown is the most disrespectful and unprofessional person to work with. She's African American and she speaks slang it can be very hard to communicate with her. This company does not pay it's employees very well but the CEO Sandra Austin get's paid very well and so does her family members who work at the organization. It's a ghetto atmosphere. The administrator Re'chelle Brown screams and yells all throughout the building, she also enjoys making fun of the employees who work there. This organization doesn't uplift your self-esteem at all, you can walk in there feeling 100% then in 2 minutes you're down to feeling 2%. If Re'chelle screams your name on the intercom and you don't answer she will verbally abuse you in front of all staff. Sandra Austin sent the Administrator Re'chelle Brown to writing courses because she cannot write and surprisingly, this is who Sandra Austin chose to lead the organization. Sandra Austin also has a church member by the name of Linda Joyner who is the Human resource manager/ compliant coordinator so you can just imagine how this business is going Linda does not know anything about her titles. CEO Sandra Austin, Re'chelle Brown, and Linda Joyner are the three worst employees at this organization. New hires Working for Family Health & Support Network Once you pass your 90-day evaluation this company will delay it for another 2 months because they can pay you. Then they start harassing you to try to get you to quit Sandra Austin, Re'chelle Brown, and Linda Joyner walk around like 3 (Renters) THEY DO NOT OWN THIS COMPANY they own absolutely nothing, Sandra rents her car. The company is very unprofessional Re'chelle Brown has been fired twice by Sandra Austin and due to Sandra's inability to earn a degree, she had to hire Re'chelle back and Re'chelle is taking the organization deep underground to death. Sandra Austin goes in the back of the FFA (Foster Family Agency) and smokes cigarettes looking like a crackhead on skid row every five minutes. She's supposed to be the CEO who supposedly "represents" the company, She can also relate to transits. Sandra is considered "the bully" "the meanie" and the "negative nancy" whenever she walks into the room she sucks all the positive air out of the room.
