We signed up with home advisor less than 2 weeks ago, the repexplained to us that after we paid them $350 for the entire year that we would only have to pay them $16 per lead after we landed the job for our cleaning servic. "this was a total lie" they send you leads along with 4 or more of there other customers.
You are competing with all these other business owners that you aren't aware of until you contact the potential client! the are using deceptive practices and lack integrity.
We tried to get refund for the $315 the went in our account without our consent returned to us, but the supervisor said that we were not getting a refund!! we were totally blown away by this!, that these internet based companies can set up comany and basically steal from you without impunity!! the tiotally used us up like wet mop! thanks for Yscam we can right to the public and tell on fraudulent companies like home advisor!! thank you!
