My name is Michael Elick I am a totally handicapped person veteran and receiving social security and up until a few years ago was living at the poverty level and fell on hard times and was unable to pay my real estae city taxes and my back taxes were bought up by a company known as Taxease The original purchase of my back taxes was under $2000.00 but now due to interest fees and penalties and attorney fees I owe over $8000'00 Now my question is that the attornies handling the foreclosure of my home is also the city prosecuter I am curious if this is not a conflict of interest How can the city prosecuter handle my foreclosure and also be the attorney for Taxease
