Through Facebook I ordered Skin Element for $3.95 plus .99 cents for shipping. I also ordered Eye Vibe for 4.95 plus .99 cents for shipping. They came together in the same box. When I got my credit card statement those charges were on the bill, along with a $97.83.00 charge for the Skin Element and 92.79.00 charge for the Eye Vibe. I called the company immediately. They said it was only a trial and that I should have returned it within 14 days if I didn't like it. I asked why then was I charged the lesser fees as well. They said those charges were only to try it for the 14 days, and I pay those fees regardless, but if I do not return the products, then they charge me the full price. I told them that is not what the advertisement said at all. They said it most certainly did and to go back and look. I did go look, and it was incredibly misleading. I still do not think that's what it said at all. There was something written at the very bottom in tiny writing so they can not be held responsible.

I canceled one product in time but got charged for the 2nd. Called to cancel and paid a penalty for missing the cancel before date. Now received a collection notice for balance due?

I had originally ordered this product and had a bad reaction from the products. I called the company to discontinue any further mailings and to obtain the return address. This was in November of 2016. I returned the product, was refunded and assumed that this case was closed, until... I received a collection letter in the Mail today June 13, 2017 from DAR Waterfront & Associates looking for payment. When I had originally placed the order and returned the product, I was living in another State. I had moved this year 1100 miles from my old residence. How they obtained my new address I want to know and why do I owe for something I was refunded!

I paid shipping for a free trial of Eyevibe eye serum. When I used the product it caused an allergic reaction. My eye area swelled and turned red. I looked bad for 2 days. I cancelled my renewal online. Today, years later I might ad, I recieved a collection notice from DAR Waterhouse and Assoc. I never recieved any sort of billing from Eyevibe even once. I wrote in to disbute the charges. You can't offer a free trial and say pay shipping only then charge someone for something they never recieved.

I just received a notice of Attempt to collect a past due balance from a company called EyeVibe from a company called DAR Waterfront & Associates for $105.79. I do not have any record of purchaseing anything from EyeVibe.

I checked my credit card and have never dealt with EyeVibe. I checked my E-Mail account and have never received an E-Mail from them saying they received my order or that it had been shipped. I do not believe they have my E-Mail address, and have never been contacted by them my mail or phone.

I guess I don't know for sure if it is EyeVibe or DAR Waterfront & Associates that are trying to scam me, but something is definitely wrong here.

The letter I received has DAR Waterfront & Associates, Support @darwaterfront.con, Phone 1-800-289-5916 and also has a coupon below to make a check or money order payable to: DAR WATERFRONT & ASSOCIATES, 13547 Ventura Blvd, Suite 350, Sherman Oaks, CA 91423.

Current Creditor Name: DAR Waterfront Creditor at Charge off Name: EyeVibe Balance Due: $105.79 Previous Account#: 5710412 Current Account#: 10105136

They state that I can make a secure payment online at www.darwaterfront.com or over the phone number above, or mail in the payment

I sent in for the trial, canceled within the 2 week trial period, sent the entire system back, yet they took an additional $200 out of my account. The website does NOT make it clear that you are enrolling in monthly payments. That being said, I still had canceled in time, and they proceeded to take more money out of my account. I had to cancel my card and get a new one because of this. When I called the company to complain and request a refund for product I don't have, they were rude, and refused to help. They refunded $77 of the $200, but refuse to refund the rest. This company is a huge rip-off! They have a product that is mediocre at best, and do not uphold the money guarantee that is advertised! Stay away from this company!! You will not be happy with the product and when you want to cancel and get a refund, they shuffle you from one person to the next, and are rude. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and seeking an attorney to go after them for a refund and damages!

I ordered a wrinkle reducer online, finishing the order it ordered another product. I called the number but they could not "find" my account. I told him that this must be a scam then he "located" my account, but the system had to update and told me that someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. I ended up receiving 2 products. I called to cancel and make sure I wouldn't be getting charged being that it said it was a trial, although I didn't see anything else about additional charges, but the guy told me that my order number didn't have enough numbers and he couldn't pull up my account. Eventually he said that someone would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. I just don't want anything to happen with my account or the product because I got it for Manny grandmother.

Scam

This is the biggest sham. I did not want the eye vibe but did want the facial cream. When signing up for one, you automatically get the other. I tried to stop the order for the eye vibe and couldn't. Very frustrating. You can imagine my surprise when I was billed for the eye vibe and the face cream. I thought that I was getting a sample which when I called to complain was told that they do not send samples, you are entered into their automatic refill program. Worst place to order anything! This company should be stopped from their way of doing business. Any suggestions of how we can do that would be appreciated.

I ordered a "free trial" and before the "trial" period expired the company charged my credit card 92.79 within 14 days of the original shipment which based off their own claims it takes 30 days to see any improvement. When I asked to cancel and disputed the charge they did cancel my bogus "membership" but then they would NOT respond to my inquiries on how to return the crappy cream so I could receive any portion of my money back. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! A TOTAL SCAM!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FRAUDULENT, DISHONEST PRACTICES!!!

Beauty Impressions from Pacoima, CA offered me two products (EyeVibe and Skin Element) online to try for a shipping and handling fee. There was no visible information on the offer page about the conditions of the deal. Both products were really bad for my skin (I have never gotten such a bad reaction before). My eyes itched and burned the whole day each time I used Eye Vibe. I had a burning sensation on my skin, and it was redish each time I used the Skin Element. In the meantime, I have found out from my credit card company (I had to call them to clear one payment) that I will be charged a monthly fee if I do not cancel Beauty Impressions order.

I have been also advised to block payments to them (if I choose not to continue with their products) since they may charge me in spite of the cancellation. I am not sure if they new about Beauty Impressions' practice or it is just a common practice of different companies. When I called Beauty Impressions customer service, I found out that I needed to mail them both products back (more time and money!); otherwise they would start charging me a monthly fee for renewing the order. I read in their reviews that they keep charging people anyway. I would never recommend neither the products nor the company to aanybody.

I shop on-line ALOT and this is the only time I have been scammed like this! I fll for the pop-up advertisement for Skin Secrets, "An amazing skim cream that quickly reverses the signs of aging and sagging skin". They offered a "trial" for a mere $5.99...so I thought I may as well try. I always read all the small print, etc. During the checkout process another pop-up appeared touting the sister product Eye-Vibe which carried the same promises (with pictures) for under eye skin at only $4.99-so I of course fell for that one too!

As soon as the products arrived, I began using them exactly as directed, determined to get the best results. 2 weeks after I received the products, I had a charge to my account for $97.83!!! I immediately called th number listed and was connected t a man who called himslef "John" but was heavily accented (middle-eastern). He was very rude, would not listen to me and informed me that the fee charged was "only for the shipping and handling" and that i should have "contacted the company within the first 2 weeks if I did not like the product and that to receive a refund I would have also ahd to return any unused portion". Not only did they charge my account, it was set up as a recurring charge meaning the company would send me product on a regular basis and repeat the exorbitant fee on a monthly basis. I told "John" to discontinue the recurring shipments immediatly. After mcuh angry discussion, "John" agreed to cancel any further shipments.

Within 3 days, there was another charge for $92.79!!!! I again called the company and spoke with "Jason" (also heavily accented) and this time I really threw a fit. He tried to tell me the first charge was fr one product, the second charge was for th other product. and had the nerve to ask me how I liked it! I told the truth-there was absolutley NO difference in my skin. I told him that if he did not cancel all of my "accounts" immediately and provide me with a refund I would file internet-fraud charges. Not until I threatened legal action did "Jason" tell me that I was stil within the 30 day return period. Really, because "John" told me the return period was only 2 weeks.

I returned the product but received no refund. I again called the company, spoke with anohter "Habib" or "Shaheed" who took about 10 minutes to "track my package and confirm it had actually been received at the company" which I was sure it had sinci I had already tracked it myself. This man promised a refund for both items "minus a $20 per item restocking fee". Although this makes no sense since the product was half used, I could not get him to budge on this. The refund was supposed to appear in my account within 3-5 business days---I have received NO refund.
