The office manager Lulu gave him appointment and when we called from hospital to move appointment we got informed, we were dismissed. They said a letter was sent two months ago. We asked for copy of letter receipt signed by us.
no one provided anything. Since we were I dark in order to avoid any issues we called the doctor and emailed from hospital with no response?
At 5.00 pm we withdrew care for me too.
we had no choice being in hospital as I am a hospice care patient
