Could not understand the rep @ page plus to switch to my new phone, Not sure what language it was, but I don't think it was english. Well in my stupidity I found exclusive cellular on line . There promise is they will switch phone for only $4.95 and it will be done in 2 minutes! Perfect! Well I have received 3 email letting me know they are working on it (after I complained and filed a complaint with paypal) I even wrote and left a message if I did something wrong on my end to please let me know. I guess the bottom line is they do not offer this service and are in the market to rip people off of there $4.95. I guess I am going to have to fight with pageplus for an english speaking rep, and go back to doing it myself! Save you money and stay away from this company!
Sent in the requested money 4.95 and requested them to change the ESN from Verizon to Page Plus Cellular after being told I needed to purchase a Page Plus sim card
After doing this I submitted the form and waited to hear from them. Got one email that is was being processed. A hour later still email its being processed. (from their website activate any verizon phone on page plus cellular transfer your existing page plus cellular phone number to a new phone, instantly!)
Well this didnt happen and I still havent heard from them this is a ripoff and a scam
I checked the BBB and they have nothing but negativity on this company.
