I purchased a carport from this company on Amazon. Less than 4 months after I put the carport up, the canopy started to separate at the seams and now a third of the canopy has fallen in. I emailed the company several times (3) asking about a warranty on the canopy material. I only wanted a replacement canopy & not a refund. They said that they do not give a refund after 90 days. I do not want a refund. I want to replace the canopy only. Again, it has not lasted 4 months and it has become usless. I now have to remove everything under it to get it out of the weather. Amazon's A-Z guarantee is crap also.
