EVOLUTION SPORT MOTORS Reviews

Found a car online through carguru that my daughter loved and contacted the dealership, Evolution Sports Motors immediately, to reserve the car. We live 8 hours away from the dealership so all correspondence was via phone and fax. When I saw the car fax report it said the car had been in an accident. Monica assured me that it was only cosmetic damage and that you couldnt even tell it was in an accident. We traveled 8 hours to pick up the car only to find that the car was in horrible condition. The drivers mirror had a huge gash in it, the hood was uneven and poorly painted. The front and back bumpers were uneven, horribley painted and cracked in many sppots. The front driver side blinker was falling into the body of the vehicle and the passenger side was blimished and poorly painted. We decided not to purchase the vehicle since we were faulsly informed. The manager said he would send back my $1000 deposit the following Monday (it was a Saturday). This was 2 months ago and we still have not seen a check or refund. The manager will not accept our calls and Monica always has an excuse that he is not in the office. He is always gone on an emergency, vacation, out sick and now is out of the country. Bad business, broken promises and scam!

Dealing with this company has been a nightmare thus far. We purchased our car in September and he never sent the titled to me. The owner Cody Sandakli said that he sent it but didn't have proof of this transaction. After numerous phone calls to this company, he finally said that he had the title and will have his assistant Samantha send it to me in the mail overnight. When i called the next day to get the details, his assistance said that she made a mistake and sent it regular mail, risking the chance of the title getting lost. Now on December 13 2016, the credit union has informed because i waited so long to register the car, i have to pay a $280 late fee which they informed the owner of. When i called him, he said that he wasn't paying anything and i can do " whatever i want and hung up the phone. I DON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
