I have never been anyone to complain. I also wait till a person is honest and true on their work before making necessary actions. I tried to be patient with Christian Delgado on giving him a chance to correct who he was and what kind of business he was running. By all means everyone has a business to make whatever finances they need but this type of business is not something that you falsify especially when true people are trying to correct their situation. From day one I told Christian Delgado what my goals were when starting out he promised that he will make sure that he will removed and relocate after the whole eviction process. He keeps bringing up that he helped me stay in a apartment for months but I was locked out and left with no where to go. I trusted him but he failed to tell me that he is in the business to beat the system and not really help you make peace.
Once I figured out who he truly was he tried to call and say he was going to refund me money when he got paid. He then proceeds to block my number and I have not heard from him again l. I attempted to call him and he answered and said Christian Left for the day and h was Christian on the phone. One thing you don't do is play with others living situation. Due to a job shut down it caused me to be in the postion I was in. But I was trying to fix my situation. I even kept my word with a payment that Christian asked for of 100$ after being talked to disrespectfully from him I still woke up at 11pm and made sure he had a payment by 12am that night. All I'm asking is that he needs to let others know up front what kind of business he is running because it will save them a lot of stress and worry. If he had a heart he would find a new job because that's something you don't do to others. Put yourself in these clients shoes Christian Delgado so you can see how your services tears people up it's not right and you are not right. I told him I didn't want the money I just wanted him to stick to his word like I stuck to mine when he took my money. I don't care how a business is run but don't do to people that actually is trying to do The right thing
First I contacted my complex due to the unexpected death of my son father , which whom he was living with in new jersey. I had to travel from texas to get him which i had no pto time since just started with new company causing my checks to be garbage. I was basically robbing peter to pay paul . So, I contacted my landlord and explained the situation and asked for more time to pay the remaining $390 after paying $500.00. My landlord has sent me 3 different notices of amount owed Within 3 days 1st was $373 fine i agree. Then the next day $1273.00, then $943.00 and filed eviction under the $943.00. I contacted this company which i thought was an attorney paid him the 140.00 and he was to have case dropped but he's been giving me the run around not returning my calls and now i get a letter from courts saying i have to be out by the 8th of September. I just seem to be getting ripped off by Mazana Grove Apts and evictionhelp.org. Please help, I can't be homeless with my child that has already ready had a traumatic experience
I hired Joe Banks July 31, 2015 from an internet look up for "Eviction Attorneys. He told me he could help me with my 3 day eviction. He emailed me forms to file bankruptcy. I did not want to do this and tried to cantact him via email and his business phone but he would not return my calls. I physically filed then with state and federal courthouses. I have never filed for bankruptcy or have been evicted for a false accusation for vindication. I still had not heard from him and by this time I was having panic attacks, could not sleep, difficvulty at work wondering what would happen or what to do. H text me instructions for the bankruptcy that weren't complete. When he finally returned my call after begging him to help, he told me "I told you what to do now go do it! What do ;you want from me?" I have not heard from him again. I work 7 days a week to provide insurance for myself and my children and to just live in general and Joe Banks took my money and ran. My cased has not even begun and I'm desperate for help or advise.
