This company aquired my loan in late 2007. After an sent letter, they called me in Jan 2008 and promised to work with me. They sais if I sent them $6,250.00 they would talk modification I paid them about $2,500 a monthh for 4 months. They then employed First American to mitigate my loan for modification. They demanded $2,500 to start procedd forforbearence. They said they would reduce payments and modify loan if I kept my promise and paid on timefor 5 months. I paid al required and was tol my plan was modified In Feb 2008. I recieved notice that mt pan was accepted and new papersson the way. The very next monthI got notice from Nationstar Mortgage that they hadd my loan at original balance. When I clled the rep from they company he said" I dont know what to tell you but GOOD LUCK. What they didnt know , as they were recordinng me I was recording them. I am a certified audio engieer and have them on CD. I will gladly release these to anyone who has or will file Class Action Lawsuit.
