I purchased 4 seats at a table for a concert the ticket cost per seat was $110.00 that day which was over a month ago and the same seats are selling for the same price today.
The tickets were transferred to Ticketmaster but it took 2 weeks and several emails before 1 ticket finally showed up in my account. I paid them $447.00 for the 4 tickets and another $176.00 in service fees and taxes.
I emailed and called to get the number of tickets I have paid for but the service representatives said i only purchased the 1 ticket they transferred. It would be a big coincidence that the purchase price for 4 is the same amount they claim I paid for 1! These tickets are still selling for the same price of $110 and the tickets are not selling at a premium. This company is a total scam! never spend your money with them!!
This company is a SCAM!!! Tickets are marked up substantially with multiple extra fees and are certainly available much cheaper though the venue or any other seller. I made the unfortunate mistake of purchasing tickets and there is no option for refunds, even minutes after the sale, although in my case my tickets would not be available to me until the day prior to the event. I could not even see what seats I had. I attempted to reach out to the company but only received a standard response stating that there are no refunds.

The receipt for the tickets purchased was sent to husbands email. Husband contacted them and was told tickets were downloaded to a different email address but they couldn't tell him what email address.
This company is fraudulent, they should be dealt with. They should be made to return our money!
November 11 i tried to purchase 5 tickets from the shen yuen ballet. I thought i was purchasing from the ballet, and the price of each ticket was $80. The website kept redirecting me to different sites.
I never received a confirmation email from any merchant after i attempted to buy shen yun tickets. I never received a disclosure on a web page of a total amount i had been charged. Afterward, i could not find the website again, and i thought the tickets were not purchased since i did not receive any confirmation.
On december 24th i saw on my credit card bill an amount charged that was over $986.00.
I called events tickets on december 24th, december 25th, and december 26th, and i was told it was too late to undo the transaction and that the tickets were really sold by a different company and that i should call 818-574-5048. There was no answer at this number. I called this number again the following day and again there was still no answer.
I believe this charge is fraudulent and i demand a refund. I will not use the tickets. I disputed the charges with my credit cart company.
On the legitimate shen yun website, the tickets are still $80.00 with a service fee of $10.00. To buy 5 tickets today, including service fees, the total would be $450.
I discovred that the number 818-574-5048 belongs to aaron song of song ticketing and it has numerous complaints against it with various agencies including the better business bureau and the Yscam.
I believe events tickets is a fraudulent site and run by scalpers and i demand a 100% refund. This matter will be reported to the massachusetts attorney general consumer protection bureau.
I paid $294 for two tickets plus a service fee of $97.02 plus a delivery fee of $7.95

When the tickets arrived they were $55 tickets
I called them as soon as I received the tickets within 24 hours asking them to refund my money as I felt ripped off.
I spoke with a gentleman called Greg (he wouldnt give me his second name)
He refused to refund my money and told me it says on their website all ticket sales are final and that that will hold up in court.
When I mentioned that there should be a class action lawsuit, he said "Do it, Do it" and told me they can charge whatever price they like for the $55 tickets.
Its a total ripoff and they absolutely refuse to refund my money.
