I ordered a free trial and paid $4.95 for shipping. Did not want to order more. Receiving one shipment every month since. Don't want it and can't seem to contact anyone with the company. The addresses and packages are different but the product inside is the same. This last package came from Florida and the one before from Aurora, Colorado. The first one I ordered I gave away so no info. I did not expect to get more.

This was gotten as a free trial. There was no info about later purchases. However, I went thru my credit card company, they set up a conference call so they could hear my talking with the company. I had no problem and they are (supposedly) issuing a refund. So, if within 5 days I don t see it on my card, my card company will follow up. I have no idea what my experience would be if I handled it alone, as I have seen others do.

I recieved an offier through my employer wesite due to participating in a servey, the offer explained as to recieve this product as trial offe. their was no mention to any charges at all, when i fiiled out the information that day, i receved a phone call right after.

it was very poor connection to begin, later they called me again, i was explained by human being with little bit of an akcent that i will be paying only for shipping and handling only the amount should 4.95+3.95 in US dollars.

but guss what the charges start coming so fast even before the 30 day trail period were over.

49.99 plus 98 and 97. and the shipping all came about $ 250.

we still going back and forth to get this resolved, but it does not look like anything will move forward.

This company advertises a free trial of their serum. The consumer pays $4.95 for shipping and handling. It is just as Peachy reported. There was never any information from the company that you are auto enrolled into getting future shipnents. When I first called the company about the 2 charges, both in the $90.00 range, the sales representative I spoke to said there was nothing she could do about it, I had ordered the product and cancelled any future shipments . She was also very rude and ended up hanging up on me also. I hadn't used much of the product and decided to send it back in the original box it came in with a copy of the invoice on which I wrote that I wanted my money back. When I shipped it back, I was given a tracking number and date it should arrive back to the company. When I had not heard anything back from the company or received a refund for the products, I emailed the company. I received an email back from someone named Ben who tokd me they had received the product back, but without the RMA numbers, he could not issue a refund. I wrote back to ask what are RMA numbers and he never explained what they were, just writing that he could not give me a refund. I wrote back again asking for an explanation of what the RMA numbers were. Again, no explanation from him. Needless to say, I wrote back again stating that I sent the product back in the original box with a copy of the original invoice, so how could they not have the proper RMA numbers? I also wrote them back stating what a scam their company is and that I would contact the better Business Bureau and Consumer reports about them. I then received an email back from Linda, a customer support representative that my auto ship subscription had been cancelled, which I already did! Consumers BEWARE!! This is definitely a scam!

The company offers a free trial (pay shipping only) for a bottle of their serum. There is nothing on the page where you sign up or on the receipt they send you indicating that there are any additional charges to be collected or anything at all regarding autoship.

When the product arrives, it's a bottle of the serum and a jar of cream. About two weeks later they hit my credit card account with two charges ... one for $98.41 and one for $97.41. When I got the credit card statement to know that those charges had been placed on my account, I called Evelilna. Their representative was rude and ended up hanging up on me, but did manage to tell me that they had shipped out another shipment to me (which I have not received and will not keep) and that another two charges were placed on my account.

This is a scam for certain and I have placed a dispute with my credit card company regarding the charges already placed on my account and to them that no further charges are authorized to be made to this company.

Product: Evelina Skin Care Products - infomercial

They give the option of buying a trial size for just under $5.00. Then once they get your credit card number they charge you the ENTIRE AMOUNT, which for me came to almost $200.00!! I was SHOCKED when I looked at my bank statement so I contacted my bank and they took care of it.

Hopefully I'll NEVER hear from these rip-off scam artists again. It makes me a bit nerveous that they have my credit card information though.

They did reverse the charges, BUT they then charged me the triaTrial size of about $5.00. That's fine with me because now I don't have to ship it back!

We'll see what happens as time goes on. I keep very close contact with my bank anyway.

I wish I could tell EVERYONE who's even 'thinking' about getting involved with this company to STAY AWAY!! BEWARE!! Because it's associated with Angelina Jolie (the celeb) you expect it to be safe. It is NOT SAFE! Do not order anything from these scammer

This company told me that they give you a 15 day trial period and I have also read a 30 day period to try this products.well they start the 15 day trail from the day of order regardless of when you receive it .Then they take from your account of $98.41. well when I called and complained and wanted to talk to a supervisor I was automatically hung up twice.I told them this is a ripoff and thievery. They said that this is mandated by the federal government, that they not refund your money taken from your card. This has made me so very mad that I could spit nailsI told them I have not used the product it is still in the box, they told me they didnot know that I said well open the darn box.

They told me they could not do that, but I said you sure can take my money I received the package on November 23 and only had it for 9 days and they litterly stole my money. This is wrong and not good business. And I know about business because once I had a drywall business so I was very respectable to my customers and if a problem arose it was fixed as soon as possible.I never screwed any customer out of their money. And I want my money back that is not thiers put back on my card. I used my debit card for this junk that is issued by the Federal Government

My name is Linda and I live in Wilmington,NC
