Errl Cup, LLC Reviews

Our company was solicited by jim morrison to be the official mmj doctor for a medicinal cannabis event in casa grande at the domes. It was supposed to be a 2 day camp out event and part of our contract we were to be on all of their marketing collateral including all posters, post cards, emails, and social media posts. We weren't on any of their post cards or posters, and were only mentioned 5 times on their social media page. They had multiple grammatical errors advertising us on their own website which had asked for weeks for them to correct but still no resolve. Then 10 days before the event they cancel it and switch the location to a parking lot in tempe for a 1 day event. Since they did not honor our contract we told them we would not be attending the event and wanted our $2000 back because this is not what we paid for. They agreed to refund us, even posted on their facebook page that all sponsors have been refunded.

We've received nothing and now they wont answer the phone.

On top of waisting our time and money, i also didn't appreciate the rude or anti semitic comments and texts sent by jim morrison. He sent me text messages about not trying to "jew me down" and referring to his partner as a "shiesty jew". He also would send emails about "trying to make his nut" which i also find rude and unprofessional. We can provide documentation for all of this including our contract, cancellation of the event, bizarre text messages, screen shots of their website honoring all refunds, grammatical errors, and them committing to honor their refund.

Jim morrison and the errl cup is fraudulent, unprofessional, and false advertises. We've filed a motion to the attorney generals office against jim and his company for fraud and false advertisement. If you have been scammed by this company we encourage you to do the same.
