I signed up thinking I could find extra work by offering my services and paying for what I later found out was a non refundable $39 fee for one year and I couldn't find anyone providing services of ANY TYPE to anyone anywhere near me! They claim they help people locate helpers of whatever it is one is seeking help with and it turns out it's a SCAM! I had to cancel my credit card and my bank would not refund me my lost money either! If you have $39 to throw away, throw it to the homeless!
Got me as well. When I emailed further I did get an offer to get the background check done for free but then once I tried to reply my emails were blocked from going through to them as if it wasn't a real email which I assume just means they blocked me.
The yearly membership was renewed without our knowledge. we were caught off guard. no email reminder or warning. and when we asked to please cancel and refund the renewal that we didn’t want. they said it’s nonrefundable. what? we never used the service. and yet we must pay for another year that we didn’t want. and wouldn’t have renewed if we had known. sneaky and dishonest method.
