To all those considering spending any money on the speaker and youtuber that goes by name Eric h*o, please read more research online (e.g. Reddit and Property Tribes report already). Here are also a few points you should consider about this guy:

1) He sells himself as a succesful entrepreneur who had launched two main businesses: a Steel Company and Yo Yo Noodle Franchise. You can easily verify how he struck off both businesses with more liabilities than assets here

Eric Chi Fai h*o - Personal Appointments (free information from Companies House)

He never replied as to whether his companies were profitable (of course they weren’t otherwise why would he close them down instead of selling them?). When asked he always mentioned metrics such as store openings or sales, but never profits.

So remember that you’re taking business advice by a guy that made money only by… selling business advice!

Whenever he tried to make money by getting in business himself he seems to have bankrupted.

2) He uses all sorts of manipulations and marketing tactics to get his audience to open up their wallet. He claimed that his mentorship sells for 1M dollars, or 100k USD, while on the internet you can find how he sold his mentorship for 10.000. He uses ‘scholarships’ to basically offset part of the cost of anything he sells, based on how much he feels he can squeeze from you. In all application forms for his schoarships or services he asks your annual income or your maximum availability to spend. Do you think this is normal? You usually go to a Gucci store and see the price tag or they ask you how much you have in your bank account? This should smell fishy already to you. On top of that, think about this: do you think he really can sell a mentorship for 1 Million dollar??? Who would buy 1M dollar mentorship? Maybe Richard Branson can afford 1 Million dollar just for ADVICE. But do you think Branson would go to a youtuber for advice?? Clearly Eric h*o wants his audience to believe his advice is worth 1M dollar so when he offers them a discount and sells his advice for 10000$ you’ll feel compelled to grab at the opportunity.

3) There is NO EVIDENCE for any of his claims. He claims he sold an Aston Martin, but then in a comment he said it was clamped. He said he was financially free, then in a comment said he lost it all. He’s full of contraddictions. Most of all he keeps claming he is a Shark Tank guest on the TV Show but check around! there is no evidence anywhere that he was EVER in the show! He claims he was invited and the show was never aired…. come on….

4) He makes unfounded claims and teaches fake business strategies just to get you to believe that anything is possible. He claims ‘a friend’ sold 1 Million e-books for one dollar each. Come on, do you think it’s possible to sell 1 million e-books for one dollar? That would require at least reaching out to 30 million people assuming a 3% conversion rate. Reaching out to 30 million people would cost millions of dollars in facebook ads and other paid ads. He just babbles stuff to people who have no understanding of business and how hard it is out there to make it sound like it’s easy to become millionaires and get money from them teaching the how. Truth is, how many people have achieved his results by following his strategies??? Look for PROOF not just testimonials. Even his team, this girl Harriett Brat and this guy Master Lim, they pretend to be financially free but end up working for him!! Why do they if they’re millionaires? Working like secretaries for this guy and look at their youtube channels they have barely any views. Why if Eric’s strategies work so well, even the people who work with him daily cannot set up a succesful youtube channel? Ask yourself this when you want to pay to learn his strategies…

5) He sells a lot of spiritual woo woo stuff that people want to believe is true because it’s too hard to bite the bullet. First off, if all that ‘manifesting’ stuff worked, why don’t his team mates have a succesful youtube channel as his. Secondly he makes videos about how to manifest a text message from a person. If this was possible, why doesn’t he go to the lab of a credited University and show them UNDER CONTROLLED EXPERIMENTAL CONDITIONS that he can manifest text messages from people? He would become the most famous person in the world! SO why doesn’t he go and prove it? He is a youtuber so for sure he wouldn’t shy fame. Well he doesn’t because of course he knows it doesnt’ work! But he still teaches it to you to get viewers and clicks. All his videos are studied around other youtubers and what’s trending just to get likes and views and then sell more of his spiritual and business advice to those who fall for it. Then with the money he extracted from you he can buy fancy cars and show you how he ‘manifested’ this cool stuff.

6) Also he selectively bans comments and allows only those favorable to him on the channel, hence there’s a confirmation bias, you’ll only find there the people for which things randomly ‘worked’ and not those for which it didn’t

Spotted as a fake right away

I was never taken in by his 'lies'. I immediately spotted him as a scammer. He uses glitzy 'stuff' to prove that he's successful - the watch, the girlfriends, and he goes on and on about his apartment, his car(s), etc. I mean, seriously, what kind of successful person does that? It's just as cheap and phony as one can be. Anyone who is lured by that glitz? They're not even paying attention to what is important in life.

His recent 'thing' with his visit to the Himalayas - I'm guessing it's a new level on his scam. He's supposedly changing his name now. Why? If he's so damn successful, one would think that his name is now an asset. Is he trying to hide from scams? SO MANY questions. I followed him off 'n' on on YouTube for a month and just unsubscribed. It's just more drivel. I feel like I need a shower after listening to him.

I understand that he deletes any comments that are not favorable to him and his enterprises. He also deletes questions, I'm told.

He is NOT a spiritual person. He is NOT 'connected' to anything except his own pitch. Run.
