This company sells epoxy floor coatings. On their website they have a picture of the color scheme i wanted. I live chatted with their online live help. I also sent them their online picture via e-mail and they instructed me on the materials I would need to purchase to obtain this desired color scheme. I installed the epoxy coating on my garage floor as per their outlined instructions. The floor turned out to be many shades different than the the picture used as reference. I tried to discuss the company's error with them again through their live help chat line. They would acknowledge their error. They would not address their misrepresentation. They would only repeat that this is not a warranty issue because the epoxy coating was not chipped, faded, or peeling. I asked for the name of the employee who was on the live chat help line because the chat line always represents the name Michael instead of the real person on the line. They refused to give that information. I then asked for the name and contact information of the owner of the company. They refused to give out that information also. They then responded by threatening me legal charges if I contacted them again.

***DO NOT PURCHASE*** This is by far the worst company to do business with. The owner is constantly hanging up on me when I'm asking questions as to why I have his failed product and how to fix it. Come to find out EpoxyTech is a one man shop and can't deal with customers. If you can't deal with the stress of running a company by yourself then hire help or quit the business. This is the most disgruntled, rude, unprofessional person (in any type of business) I have ever dealt with. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS product. Not only because it fails, but mostly because of the rude mannerism displayed by the owner/customer service. Two days after I purchased over $1k dollars worth of product their website was down, phones would ring up until a full voicemail box, no facebook replies, and no online chat support.

Then when you finally speak with the owner he sounds pissed off and too much in a hurry to deal with the down sides of his business.

I did my basement floor with the epoxy and it looks great.. however the urethane clear coat has yet to dry. It's still tacky.. took a few steps on the floor and it starting ripping up where too much pressure is applied. I bought the kit that was supposed to have everything in it, just so happens he tell me I need the second half of the clear coat... you figure if you buy a kit with EVERYTHING you need for your project then that would have been in there as well.. needless to say I followed every instruction exactly as mentioned and still sticky. So I call him up and he starts talking down to me instead of offering solutions.. what a joke. If you can't handle the heat stay out the kitchen!

Company claims DIY instructions. 24/7 Chat/email/phone support. Claims product has a lifetime warranty. This is all false. First I never received DIY instructions, although I am familiar with epoxy and polyurethane and watched many videos this product as its own instructions and it's not on the can as the owner claims. The instructions are limited to ,"Mix before applying to "! I tried to contact chat many times with no response emailed never received a response I had to call 4 days later. When I bring this up to the owner they claim everything is my fault and "We are not responsible for making you a professional coating tech". When contacting them to fix problems they immediately say, oh you want free product? Lol.

When I spend 2k for product I expect you to live up to the claims you make. I sent photos, and emails and Michael responds with, oh I spoke with you immediately after the email that is why I didn't respond to the email so your claim is denied.

First I really wasn't making ,"A claim yet" Second, I have the recorded dates and conversation and sent a screen shot showing, I called back 4 days later, after not receiving the email. My floors are tacky in spots and in one room, when moving furniture in , the floor scratched all the way to the concrete. I was asking for support not a free ride and this company claim that's what they provide but it's not. They can't even answer simple questions like what's the cure rate, when can I move furniture in.

After multiple tries to contact EpoxyTech it seems they have closed doors. I have tried email, phone, chat sessions with no luck at all. Message on phone says cannot take messages due to being full. Chat sessions have stopped working. Email is no response at all. They owe me over $250.00 and i filed a withdraw of monies from them.

Ill never deal with them again, sounds like no one else will have the opportunity either since they closed shop?

Peace

Placed my order online 9/17/17. I have not recieved product. My money has been paid through paypal. i have called them several times a day. sent emails, used there live chat and sent an e-note through their own website. i have not gotten an anwser from any of those avenues. i had placed an order with them before and was ripped off for extra shipping and bundle pricing even thou they sent it on the same palet. The product is good but the customer service is the biggest joke i have ever seen. I run an automotive shop and have purchased a new shop and was trying to paint the floor well what i had previously ordered didnt cover the whole floor so i immediately ordered more paint. today is 10/5/17 and i have gotten no contact back from them. i smell scam and am here to warn others considering them!

I ordered a epoxy floor kit on Sept 6 and didn't get a tracking number, so I allowed 5 days to go by to see if I would get my purchase. I didn't so I called the company , no response. But they did take my money
